Here's a cardio quickie I just did. You can do at home no equipment required: 40 seconds of effort, 20 seconds of rest 3 rounds:
Alternating Surrenders
Jumping Jacks
High Knees
In and out Squats
Butt Kicks
Alternating Forward Lunges
