Our family loves the Purple Daisy Picnic Cafe! The best barbecue around! I also personally LOVE the Rainbow Sandwich and the fruit tea. Great food, great service and very clean. We have even used them to cater for our home and business parties. You just can't beat it!

Had the combo platter. The pulled pork and chicken were great. The service was excellent, we were asked about refills several times. The baked beans and the potato salad was great too. We really liked the atmosphere there, very artistic and fun! PS: get the banana pudding!

Always delicious food. Perfectly spicy when I want it and not quite as spicy when ordered by my company. Service can be a little slow at times but overall a favorite.

We first stumbled upon the Purple Daisy in 06 when we stopped at Lookout Mountain on the way to Florida. We then had to arrange a stop here on our next trip to Florida in 2010. The location had changed & the building wasn't as fitting. Although the interior decor remained unique & creates a great atmosphere (the additional room with the booths doesn't have the same atmosphere). We just made my third stop here on our way back from Florida. I always have the stuffed potato, it is THE BEST!

Two star building, Four star food - awesome BBQ and the hot slaw is an unusual treat if you like a little spice.
