Nice place to stay both in couple or with the whole family. Rate includes breakfast, with options for everyone. 5 min walk to the beach. Resort includes badmington court, pingpong tables, pool & hot spa.

Booked a room for a Two Bedroom Oceanside Suite to celebrate my boyfriends 28th birthday. Spent the day riding ATV's then went for a Sushi dinner at Yunagi's (which I highly recommend). Our evening was ruined after a weird guy came out of his room to ask us to keep it down as we were walking to our room. I can't imagine we were being so loud that it warranted him coming out. Anyway, the situation escalated (unnecessarily) as a young girl from the front desk came out and rather than diffuse the situation, made it worse by demanding we went to our room with an attitude. I was disappointed by the customer service received, it may not be reflective of the entire staff but the woman's bad attitude was enough to ruin the night. Tried to speak to a manager regarding the situation but the manager was dismissive and unprofessional in handling the situation as well. In the morning I realized why the man came out of his room. The walls are thin. You can hear the footsteps above you, people talking in the next room, and babies crying. I can imagine noise complaints being a regular thing here. This place caters to families. If you do not have children, I do not recommend you stay here BELIEVE ME.

We stayed here in August 2013, we loved the 2 room suite, everything was nice and clean, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Fresh waffles and breakfast was great as well. Cant wait to stay here again.

My husband & I drove from Dallas, TX to Sacramento, CA w/our 5 children. We stayed in a different hotel every night, including a Hampton & a Holiday Inn. This was by far our favorite place! It was beautiful & very large. We loved the 2 room suite & the price was very reasonable. It also had very close access to the ocean.

The view from the ocean front room is great and the hotel is super dog friendly!! I just wish they didn't go so cheap on everything else. :-( For the price we paid for the "suite", you would assume there would be some sort of spoon or fork in the room. You would be wrong. There are a couple cups to go with the coffee maker but, if you want a spoon to stir your coffee, you will need to go to the lobby and get a plastic one from there. The WiFi worked a couple times but, most if the time, it was down. There are a lot of hotels offering free hot breakfast now days that includes scrambled eggs, some sort of breakfast sausage/bacon, and waffles. Only expect to find waffles here. There is a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The pool is heated enough for small kids to play in but, no adults were interested in tolerating it while we were there. The jacuzzi is comparably "warm". The suite we were in had the bedroom just inside the door, which means we got to wake up looking at the parking lot instead of the ocean. I'm not giving them a lower score because of that. I posting it just so people know ahead of time. In general, the stay was decent if you are paying the basic internet rate. If you are paying for a more memorable or relaxing stay, you will be disappointed.

Best stay in our three week vacation. Cozy, clean, great ocean view location. No doubt also the best complimentary breakfast between Seattle and LA... :-)

Pismo Lighthouse Suites is the ultimate getaway if you're traveling to the central coast. I have lived on the central coast for 5 years but if I ever want to take a vacation close to hime PLS is it for me. Their outdoor "play" area makes it fun for the whole family but if you're traveling without kids there is more than plenty to do. Pismo beach is beautiful year round and I look forward to my next stay!
