Lakeland Fl real estate market continues to rise gradually.

Lakeland FL November single-family median prices rose 3% and average home prices rose slightly by 1% from the previous month.

When comparing to last years sales, average home prices for the month of November for single family homes, townhomes and villas were up by 4% to $190,120 and median home prices were up by 10% to $170,000.
