 Prevention is better than cure
Monsoon itself fills the air with fragrance of freshly drenched earth. Monsoon is followed by summer season. The changing weather condition makes the earth cold. The fastest change in the weather condition from hot to cold create many diseases in the earth. During monsoon season there are chances of fever, cold, throat infection, head ache etc. Keep your body clean is the most important thing to avoid diseases. Use Rasnadi choornam on your head after bath & whenever wet to avoid cold & fever. Do not eat fruits during this season, avoid cold water & cold food to prevent throat infection. Use Amrutharishtam, Vyoshamrutham and Vettumaran gulika etc. for precaution.
