Junior suite was a very nice room and clean, sink didn't drain well in the bathroom, and couldn't believe they didn't have any bubble bath or salts to add to the jacuzzi that was in the room. Nothing was available in the gift shop and after asking the front desk a 2nd time they supplied extra shampoo to use. After joining the player club, was told after playing for 30 min we could get a free buffet. Played over 2 hours on the blackjack table and went to the buffet only to be told that we only played 20 min. Had to go back down to the table and talk to the pit boss to get this resolved. Buffet food was mediocre but I was told this buffet was temporary, wish I was able to enjoy the crab legs but they were not at the temporary buffet. At 4 am we could hear the people in the room next to us and you could hear almost every word and every movement the people made next door. Majority of the staff was polite and had a good experience at the casino. One other note, the heater is a little outdated, if you want the heat on you have to leave it running all the time, it does not go to a specific temp and turn off, it was tough to get the room to a comfortable temperature, woke up too hot in the middle of the night and then too cold after trying to adjust the temp.

Room was incredible. Super clean and comfortable and the jetted tub was so much fun! Check in could have used a few more people since only one was doing it all so there was a bit of a line. Otherwise we had a great time!

Stayed in the junior suite - very nice and clean accommodations! Comfortable beds, lots of space, but no closet to hang clothing. Food was excellent at the all you can eat buffet. Crab legs were fantastic! Nice staff on hand willing to assist and fun friendly atmosphere. If we are in the area again we will surely stay at the Isle.

Overall a decent experience. The games are alright, but not great. The staff for the most part is friendly. And the buffet is large, average quality food

Recent updates on the gaming floor and at the buffet make for a nice experience. it is a casino, so they are there to get you to play the games. The new buffet has a bounty of great food, however the flow leaves you standing in line for a long time.

The new buffet has been completely renovated and offers the same great food. The staff was nice and made sure that we were well attended.

Nice hotel and casino. Stayed on the 7 the floor. This is an older building and could use a little updating. Ate in all three restaurants. The buffet left little to be desired. The sandwich shop was descent. The fine dining was very good and not overly expensive. The casino is average. The Staff is mostly friendly. However the hotel desk staff was not the most helpful. More like we were inconveniencing them. I would say we had a 60 percent positive experience.

Our hotel is actually being renovated currently, so we hope you can get one of the newly updated rooms during your next visit. Also, we're glad you were able to try our restaurants - we hear great things about them, and for the most part, it seems like you enjoyed them. However, we'd recommend giving Farmer's Pick Buffet a chance - it's being renovated right now, and is a fan favorite. We hope to have you back!

The worst customer service. The bar waitress walk around with 2 bottles of water to the same group of people and talking to her friends and co workers with no regards to her customers. We were there for 1.5 hours and ordered drinks 3X but she never came back to our corner at the Wheel of Fortune....I went to the bar and were told that someone will come over but no one show up. Very disappointed.
