This is so close to my office. I wished I enjoyed it more. I do like Pei Wei so that isn't the question. I have ate here a few times with good experiences. They are relatively fast, which is good if you are on a lunch hour. I am not as impressed with their take out. The wait times are longer than they suggest. This is not so great when you have hungry Co workers.

This was my first time here. Take out was extremely fast and I was happy to see gluten free options for one person in our group. The snickerdoodles weren't that great though.

I checked this place out since it is located so close to where I currently live and I didn't feel like cooking dinner one night. This place is like a generic P.F. Chang's restaurant (Their parent company) and it is a fast casual type of place. I walked into a dark atmosphere and meandered up to a cashier at the counter. To my right were large food menu's on display, but I opted into looking at the regular sized menu in front of me. I ordered a ginger chicken dish and picked up an Asahi beer, which I enjoy. Several beers were on display at the counter and I believe they only sell beer here. After paying the cashier, they give you a plastic card with a number and you can choose to sit wherever there is open seating in the restaurant. I got there late on a Wednesday night, so there were plenty of open tables. I didn't like the fact that you have to get your own silverware, water, etc., but I guess you don't really have to tip a waiter, so the self service of the place is more affordable. The food was just okay. I Almost felt like I could have picked up a frozen Asian meal at the grocery store and cooked it myself for less. The food tasted like it might have been previously frozen as well. Overall, the ambiance is nice, the price is right, they offer alcohol, but the food is not that great.

I had a take away order. They did not give me a utensils and my rice and snap peas were under-cooked, as in crunchy and inedible.

I remember this place being a lot better but idk...this last time wasn't the best experiences. I order a simple chicken and broccoli with fried rice. And it was horrible. The rice had no flavor.! I didn't enjoy it. Probably the last time I'll go back to this location.

Something has changed here recently. The quality in every aspect seems to be on the decline. Little stuff like not being able to find napkins (its a Pei Wei thing to have place setting already on the table) when there are no place settings already there. Food not cooked right, over cooked, under cooked, ordered chicken got pork, that kind of thing. Went in the other day and people were complaining about the heater being set so high (I recognized the immense heat the moment I walked in the door as oddity) to the point that I actually noticed people were complaining. They had actually started raising their voices because the quiet polite method wasn't working. After being there for 45 minutes the heater was still blowing away like no one couldn't figure out how to turn it off. I just get the impression that they hired a new Manager that's a slacker, or they franchised to someone that doesn't have a clue and isn't properly trained, or everyone is on common sense sucking Pharma or something.

Not the greatest asian food.not worth paying for. To much for averaged food. My beef was over looked. And I ask for spicey. Not even close. And to salty.

Pei Wei hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
