Great Job FedEx!

Thomas Martinez, a ground operations manager in Missouri, discovered one afternoon that, due to a conflicting delivery location, a package of chemotherapy medicine wouldn’t reach its recipient in time for the dosage to be administered. He then offered to hand-deliver the medication to the customer’s treatment facility—a 132-mile round-trip. We’re #DeliveringThanks to Thomas, who went above and beyond to deliver the Purple Promise. http://at.van.fedex.com/UZLQJ #HowTheHolidaysArrive

Thank you thank you thank you!  You have the first video instruction that makes this simple!  I've seen versions of this requiring you to use a marble and other versions that do not even show the two color version.

The interesting thing about mobile Apps is that the best ones are simpler than their mobile website counterparts.  Occam's Razor or the "law of economy" might apply here - the simpler the solution, the better!  Why do we need a mobile App when the Goulet mobile site has such a great start, one that can be built on?  Unless of course, there is a way to shorten or make easier the process of knowing the best product or satisfying some desire like matching ink colors with a color perhaps that your mobile phone can see.  Apps cost $, often lots of it and then, if there are no updates, there is the disappointment.  I say, keep going with the mobile site and take it as far as you can go, but build up some data that would wind up being useful as a library on our devices, like the swab shop  :)

Wonderful videos!  Am I the only guy on here lol.  Graph and dot paper is a wonderful obsession; now I'm up to carrying three notebooks, two of which have graph paper, and yes, Trifolds rock!  I'm just starting out learning Kanji and it really helps with lettering.  Really wonderful Hobonichi recommendations too.  I use a number of sheets for fountain pen ink swatches - one of our FPN friends shows hers here, a really interesting idea -> https://plus.google.com/photos/yourphotos?pid=6102736402750904706&oid=113555818186453546287  Keep up the great work!

I usually love this store, but I have ZERO tolerance for businesses that close early, on a whim, even if it is St Patricks Day! Erin go Blagh!

Why am I posting a review when I am almost sure nothing will get done about it? Probably because we have no other choice. Our mail carrier to 85028 near Golddust and Tatum consistently fails to ring our doorbell for registered mail and it goes to the Cactus Station after two days. Then more fun begins. If you do not get to this USPS facility at the opening, you'll be waiting often twenty deep in a line just to pick up packages with only one or two people on duty. Occasionally they will ask if someone is "just picking up," but this is inconsistent and a rarity. It looks like I'm going to have to start using the UPS Store now for inbound registered mail. I would gladly tip the mail carrier if it were one or even two people consistently, but you just can't easily tip five different mail carriers!

Very happy with Proper Cloth's customer satisfaction policy; they are indeed there to help. There was a sizing issue with the neck, which has been resolved; otherwise the fit is perfect.

Although the store professionals were helpful, this store ran my AMEX card and told me it was declined. The charge went through. They asked me for an additional credit card which I gave them and so I have been charged twice for the same exact item. This happened at one other merchant in Frankfurt, with all the other stores I shopped at not having a problem.

It's great to be persistent, but not when you've already opted out of their "daily" email. Many of us have mailboxes that are now unusable due to email from individuals that you cannot easily determine if they require action or a solicitation.

A wonderful photographic oasis near the financial district in Boston, you'll be very satisfied as these folks know their products and fair pricing. Excellent service and a comprehensive eBay store as well. Thanks!

Wonderful staff. Although the store professionals were very helpful, this boutique charged my AMEX card with two pending charges but then resolved the issue.
