We went on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. Decided to invite friends on Wednesday afternoon...what a difference a happy hour can make. We sat at the bar and what a mistake, the service bar tender was very rude. unbelievably RUDE !!! guess if the place is full you think you can afford to be! We were embarrassed for suggesting the place. First rule of the restaurant business...draw the customer. Kudos to Bonefish Chain the food was okay. Second rule, keep the customers.....this location time will tell. We won't be back. Nor our friends, and most likely anyone we tell this story too.

I have not been to this location in a few years, so hopefully things have changed for the better. But at that time (2007-2008) this place never lived up to the hype for me. Just another trendy chain for people to eat sub-par quality food. They do not seem to know how to properly prepare or cook all of their food. The infamous bang bang shrimp on two separate occasions were not de-veined and they still had some of the shell left on them before they were cooked! The very last time I went, everyone got minor food poisoning and was sick to their stomachs the night and next day afterwords.

At the bar, waiting for a seat, two beer and a double scotch was over $23. I had to return a steak, tough. Never order a steak at a seafood restaurant. They tried to sell me something else, no offer because their steak was inedible. My wifes shrimp was excellent. Ceaser salad was just soso.
