Mugnaini Wood Fired Ovens founder Andrea Mugnaini was recently honored for her donation of a wood fired oven to the Santa Rosa Jr. College Culinary Arts Center. In the past, her donation of an oven to the Culinary Institute of America in New York had a big impact on the culinary training of some of the most recognized chefs in today's culinary world.
