Trees are sanctuaries, whoever knows how to speak to them, whoever knows how to listen to them, can learn the truth. They do not preach learning and precepts, they preach undeterred by particulars, the ancient law of life!
Hermann Hesse, Wandering

A True Story

I remember many years ago a knowledgeable wise  native North American Indian woman asked me "Have you ever hugged a big tree when the wind is whistling in the crown?" After it I did just that since we have huge alders, douglas firs, hemlocks, pines, balsam fir, red cedars and maple trees - they are all medicinal - on our property and by hugging them while the wind was blowing I got goose bumps and realized that we human beings can lean a lot from them. Please try it for yourself!

The front cover of my Neem book shows me hugging for the first time a  Neem tree at the Neem Research Technology & Development Centre, village of Gondhkairy, north of Nagpur, India, November 23, 2012 while attending as speaker the 6th international World Neem Conference, November 2 1- 24, 2012

Another book I can highly recommend is "Tree - A Life Story", by Dr. David Suzuki & Wayne Grady

remarks: most people don't realize how important trees are playing a major role in all our lives and without them we would not be able to live! They are living elements and by destroying them without re-planting we will at the end destroy ourselves!
The miraculous versatile medicinal Neem tree is able to solve global problems, can grow in tropical and sub-tropical climates inclusive the dessert! The United Nations declared the Neem tree as "The Tree of the 21st Century!"

"What we are doing to the forest is but a more reflection of what we are doing to ourselves and to one another.
Mahatma Gandhi

If you want to know about plants and how they communicate with each other you should purchase the book I can highly recommend which I have in my library of over 1000 books about health, healing, herbs, nutrition and encyclopedias, "The Secret Life of Plants" by Peter Tompkins & Christoper Bird - a fascinating account of the physical, emotional, and spiritual relations between plants and man.
"Once in a while you find a book that stuns you. Its scope leaves you breathless. This is such a book."
John White, San Francisco Chronicle

Character is like a tree and reputation is like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it, the tree is the real thing.
Abraham Lincoln

I am a supporter of the David Suzuki Foundation, Vancouver, British Columbia, http://www.davidsuzukifoundation.org

Trees are much like human beings and enjoy each others company. Only a few love to be alone.
Jens Jensen.

If you want to learn more what trees are all about, please check the book "Tree - A Life Story" by Dr. David Suzuki & Wayne Grady, I can highly recommend it!

In beginning of 1994 I had the good fortune of tuning in to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation featuring "The Nature of Things" with Dr. David Suzuki "What's in a Neem?" which changed my life and due to my over 22 years experience working with Neem I started in 2011 writing a manuscript about the miraculous versatile medicinal Neem tree which over time become a labor of love and passion. My goal is to share my experience with psoriasis and Neem and the benefits that this incredible tree has to offer to mankind. For more information please check these links:
