Per questions on setup, there is not much needed to do this.  Your PC needs to support WiDi/Miracast.  And then you either need a WiDi/Miracast receiver like NetGear Push2TV or ActionTec Screenbeam Pro, or your TV might support Miracast.
The simplest set up is to upgrade to  Windows 8.1.  MIcrosoft provides the drivers as part of the OS.  With you then use the CharmBar and select Project, where you can add a wireless display.  It will find your receiver.
For Windows 8, just be sure to get the latest Intel Graphics Drivers and WiFi drivers for download.intel.com.  Then either use Add Devices and scan until you find your reciever, or search for WiDi app on your PC which can scan for the device. Once the receiver is discovered your PC/Tablet will ask for a code that is being display on your TV.  Enter the Code on your PC/Tablet and you are now working
