Great dentist and awesome staff. I love the fact that this place is intimate and you get to know your dentist! The staff is very friendly and confirms your appointments the day before. I like that because I conveniently forget my dentist appointments!!! Just kidding. Dr Farad is young and educated in the United States so you don't get a 3rd world procedure that's about 25 years outdated! If I only came to Dr. Farad for my root canal a few years ago! His office is on the top floor so you get a really nice view of the valley which relaxes you before your procedure because I often times feel myself tensing up so it really helps!

So much good foooood! It's worth the wait! Be prepared to fall into food coma after eating here! My foodie friend Steph Y. brought me here because I've never been. She had the apple pancake and I ordered the chocolate chip french toast. Both our entre's were HUGE but we didn't regret ordering our own. My french toast was pretty sweet so I didn't have to drench it with syrup. The bread was crispy on the outside and the chocolate chips were gooey. Next time I come here I need to order something salty on the side because that was a lot of sugar in my system. I took the leftover french toast home and it tasted like chocolate cake when I ate it cold lol

Amazing breakfast! I order the noisella stuffed French toast: it's the best! What you're reading is true: the portions are huge and you're not coming for the ambiance: you're here to eat. Come once and you'll be hooked forever. It's that good.

Do you want some of the biggest, and best pancakes out there? Yeah, me too! Come to The Griddle Cafe to get rolled over by the sheer amount of food you will get when you order your pancakes. Parking here is always hard because the streets are packed with customers coming HERE to eat, and the side streets are permit parking only. And that's not the hard part; the hard part will be trying to finish your meal. The portions are huge and they make some of the best pancakes in LA. I ordered the Oreo cookie pancakes to share with my friend. It was absolutely glorious. So fluffy and so chocolate-y. Pancake was the size of a family-style serving platter. It took 2 people to NOT finish it, and that still was a big mistake since we were on our way to Six Flags. The ambiance here is nice and chill, and the food is amazing! Would definitely recommend this as a go-to breakfast spot in LA.

Most people hate waiting in line in general. When it comes to waiting for food (while starving) that is even worse. I respect the fact that the place is always packed. However, the guy who handles the tables was rushing us and made us feel worthless and uncomfortable. Then came the waiter Jason who had been the perfect waiter. Service is important for me. The food is good, no doubt. Nevertheless i won't be returning there unless the place is at least half full.

One word for this place: AMAZING. Best known for its pancakes and french toast, this is truly one of the food highlights of LA. My roommate and I got there around 10 am on a friday morning, so we didn't have a problem with parking, and our wait time was only about 10 min. But the place was PACKED. And I mean, you can barely hear the person in front of you. Service was good considering the location and amount of people there. I ordered an egg and hashbrown meal, and it was okay. Nothing to call home about. But my roommate ordered the cheesecake frenchtoast, and it was the best french toast I'd ever eaten. That's why this place gets 4 stars. Only order their specialties (mistake on my end) because they're awesome. Also, come during a non-peak time in order to avoid long waits and a hunt for parking. Will definitely return and highly recommended!

It is the "go to" place when ever we are in LA. The Nutella french toast will not beat me for a third time. Service is always great and I like the sidewalk seating. Looking forwatd to the next visit.

The golden ticket and Oreo pancakes are perfection. Be prepared to take home leftovers. They're still just as delicious. The Tequila Sunrise is also a really good choice. There could be a wait depending on the day and time. Very tight seating. There's parking in the back.
