This is a green smoothie. I wanted to show the link between greens and the drink so I added the bok choi. I wanted the smoothie to look a bit like a sophisticated drink. That's why I chose the wine glass. Was it a good decision to use the wooden table and a wooden background?

Elderflower strawberry yoghurt. Shot on the outside stairs of a little cottage in Ireland. Daisies grow from little holes in the wall. Perfect outside props.

It was an afternoon with lots of sunlight. Nothing to keep the sunlight out, only a little shadow. I decorated the yoghurts with mint leaves. Too many leaves for my liking now. What do you think?

Ok, after this photo was deleted I'll give it a new try. This is a porchetta I shot at a vinery in Orvieto. So it was on location and I had to be quick because everyone wanted to have a fair slice of it.
This was shot with a Canon G16. Settings were automatic with a little plus 1. I was lucky that the porchetta was close to the window, so there was a lot of light.

This is a shot on location I took at an Orvieto vinery (Italy). It shows a lovely porchetta.

I made this little christmas tree from cream cheese, parsley, pomgranate kernels and a starfruit topper. Very easy to make. I wish I had been more careful with the parsley, though. The background was white (or light grey). I took the photo with my Canon G15. I worked with Filterstorm Pro on my iPad as my Computer is far away. Couldn't resist to add some fancy flare in the background. How would you have shot this tree?

Not a studio shot but on location. I wanted to keep the beauty of the pecorino di fossa. Somebody said that this "hands presenting food" has been exercised too much. In this case I think especially the fact, that a man presents the cheese makes it nicer. What do you think?

Very quick shot at Beltrami Cheesemaker in Cartoceto (Le Marche, Italy).
It a "Pecorino di fossa", an ewe's milk cheese that matures in closed stone caves.

I had to shoot this quickly because I wanted to eat the mushroom omelette still warm. I nevertheless wanted to do some styling and chose eggs, mushrooms and scallions to show the ingredients. Luckily I had a flower from the chives.
