I don't like going into this location, neither do I like dining in - but I've done both before, several times. Why? 1. It's in a convenient spot, smack dab in the middle of a very busy shopping district. Shopping and eating go hand in hand. 2. Cheap. Self explanatory. 3. Familiar. U know the food. Other than these 3 reasons, THIS location is depressing, the cavern-like space and terrible lighting throws u back to the early 90s feels, when it was very possible to get mugged while eating. I've never used the bathroom here, never wanted to. BUT the lines are ALWAYS shorter than McDonald's AND the ppl hanging out in the dining room usually don't bother ppl who aren't "regulars". I'm not a regular.

Long wait and short staff. The place hasn't been renovated since the eighties and it doesn't have that cool eighties vibe of a diner either, just a sad fast food joint. But BK is the king.

Looks like a dated dump that looks worse than LaGuardia. Food tasted sad too.

The food is standard Burger King fare. The service is OK with flashes of greatness. The space is large, but perhaps because of this, and because of the availability of the public rest rooms, it's a little bit of a hangout. Most of the time that's ok, occasionally it can be a little off putting.

Hello All, I have no beef (no pun intended) with the Burger King franchise in general; I actually enjoy many of its menu items. However, I must say that I have been quite dissapointed with this Burger King store on 125th Street between Lenox Avenue/Malcolm X Boulevard & Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard. Aside from the safety issues, customers may enjoy eating there if it weren't for the security guard there. He chats with his non-employee acquaintances the majority of the time. The worst part? He selectively picks customers to watch while they're eating. Then, he approaches them and pressures them to buy more items if they want to stay. He has accused me of loitering more than once. I often try to complete paperwork while eating lunch. During a busy day with the Department of Environmental Protection, the last thing I need is somebody profiling me during my lunch break. This man has even cursed at me; he is unfit to work with the general public. I understand that employees are not expected to be friendly, but why choose who you will treat well? It is not a matter of smiles or feelings; it is a matter of manners and respect. Why not approach the other customers who panhandle and smell like various illegal substances? My review is based on multiple visits to this store. I have encountered the guard alone, with my parents, and even with coworkers. 8 out of 10 times he is rude to me or another customer. His job may be to secure the establishment, but his workplace actions do not indicate such. The most action I have seen him in is banging on the bathroom door when someone locks themselves in there. He is a tall man (6'2") in his early 40s with a potbelly (about 250 lbs) and facial hair. One would consider him black or African-American based on his appearance. I do not wish to profile him or make a personal attack , but I feel I must warn others before they ruin their afternoon. Good luck survivng Burger King's army of rude maintenance personnel (or the hordes of red-eyed zombies who demand money from you).

Burger King hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
