So the pro shop manager Chad Laffey talked a big game, strung me along to purchase a ball he had in stock, did a crappy drilling job, and then just left me at the register to pay for it and literally walked away while someone else finished up my transaction. I have both called and emailed him asking him to take a look at it as it was destroying my thumb and he simply will not call or email me back. Went to a different bowling center where I found out it was a horrible drill. They fixed it in about 20 mins by throwing a slug in it and properly drilling it after making sure their measurements were correct. I'd stay away from this place.

Had a blast with the dueling pianos. Sharon took great care of our table and Carl set up our party. Highly recommended.

Used a Groupon ($18 spent for "up to a $38 value") Groupon allows for an appetizer, we wad the Bogart's chicken wing which were great! Unfortunately the meal was downhill from there... Groupon stated "2 drinks" (we had a beer and a Cosmo) and "2 burgers or sandwiches". Menu allowed us to max out at $26.50 with all we ordered... (My burger and my dates sandwich were marginal at best...) I ordered a 2nd beer bringing our bill total to $28.50. we asked for the check and were presented with a bill for $2.50?!? (What happened the the Groupon Stated "$38.00 Value"?!??) VERY DECEIVING!) (FWIW, I will add though that the service was very good)

A good typical bowling alley. The bar (bogarts) that is connected in the other room looking kinda cool with a huge poster of casablanca. The alley is pretty average with a couple of arcade games to play....but I love this new smoke free rule. If second hand smoke is as much of a killer as people say it is you would not live very long going to a bowling alley on a regular basis. So, if you are looking for a place to knock down some pins....I would say check it out Pros = family environment, no smoke Cons = it is a bowling alley....none of them are that impressive

Deceptive Prices and Poor Service. The drinks and food, as well as the live the music were good. However, the bowling was a total rip off! They advertised $1.50 games and "All you can bowl" specials, but failed to post their ACTUAL prices! We went on a Saturday evening and between two people, our bill was $40! They deceived us by not posting their "regular" prices ANYWHERE or having us pre-pay when we reserved a lane. Instead we were given the ridiculously priced bill upon leaving, which was twice as much as our food and drinks combined! The right thing to do in any business situation is to advertise the actual prices, rather than tricking your customers into spending way more than expected.

Great place to bowl. For what it's worth, Apple Place is a BIG support of the local Special Olympics bowling teams and provides lane times for practices etc.. at highly reduced rates. Rick and his staff do a great job!
