Supervisors, Sales & Service

The primary job function of TCC’s Customer Sales and Service Supervisor is to manage the contact center, supporting approximately twelve (12) to fifteen (15) Customer Solutions Representatives, helping them to acquire the skills and performance required to meet and exceed their business objectives. The Customer Sales and Service Supervisor’s objective is to create a positive work environment that contributes to the center’s ability to deliver superior service to customers.

Primary Responsibilities inclue:
• Manage a team of 12-15 agents
• Deliver quantitative results (quality and efficiency metrics) for the Contact Center
• Coach and develop agents
• Manage day-to-day Contact Center operations

Job Opening:

The primary job function of TCC’s Training Instructor is to manage and deliver training for the Customer Sales and Service Representatives, helping them to acquire the skills and performance required to meet and exceed their objectives. The Training Instructor’s objective is to create a positive work environment that contributes to the center’s ability to deliver superior service to customers.

Primary Responsibilities include:
• Plan, organize and manage training programs for Customer Sales and Service
• Organize training materials and documentation including content, training aids, audiovisuals, documentation and procedures for course delivery based on learning theory
• Deliver initial training to new hire classes, deliver training for super reps and supervisors, conduct refresher training and new product training as needed
• Track and analyze training attrition (trainees who drop out or are removed from new hire training classes) and make improvements to training delivery to reduce or eliminate attrition
• Evaluate training programs and resources upon class completion and implement future program improvements
