I go there often. I never trusted any hairdressers until I went there. They do exactly what I ask and they make me feel comfortable, talk me through the process. I have had services done by Courtney (my fav, but has left on a mission), Lauren, and Jessica. They were all amazing and highly recommend any hair cut or service from them. I drive from Idaho to Orem just because I don't trust anyone else anymore.

I absolutely love it when Morgan does my hair! She is so much fun and knows her stuff! We did Rose Gold last time I was in and I got so many compliments! I not only trust her with my own hair and makeup, but as a professional photographer, I refer my brides to her as well!

I bought a couples pedicure. I paid $100 for the package and received the worst pedicure of my life. The girls were extremely rude and had looks of misery on their faces the entire time. I tried multiple times to start a conversation with them only to be followed by one word responses. They also did not complete the full pedicure. They did not file, push cuticles, or trim. They did not massage. I spoke with the owner and addressed my concerns. My belief is that if your are paying a premium price you should get a premium service. The owner cares more about money than her customers. She was not willing to do anything except have me come in again. I would not recomend this spa, nor will i ever return. The customer service is horrible!

I love Seasons Salon and Day Spa, admittedly the reason for this is mostly due to Liz Nuttall my stylist, she is amazing. The staff always greets you cheerfully and immediately. They offer a wide variety of services and a fun boutique. Highly recommend.

Seasons Spa is a beautiful place. I love the decor and how quiet it is. I got a treatment with Bobbie and she is absolutely wondeful. very professional and very sweet. she made me feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this place for your pampering needs. it's cute

I drive all the way from Wyoming just to see these guys. My hair is really curly and crazy but in Seasons Salon they know how to handle it. The stylist are friendly and professional.

We have been using Seasons Salon for over 2 years now and this most recent experience has caused us to go else where. My wife decided to go to Seasons for her birthday for a hair coloring, which was backed up almost 2 weeks and we were quoted $85 for the service. After waiting 2 weeks, she showed up to the appointment today to find out they were charging her $150 for the service, with a possible $65 additional charge if their treatment didn't work the first time ($215, almost triple the original quoted cost.) After speaking with them to try and find the miscommunication on the pricing, the manager told her that they made a mistake and just quoted her the wrong pricing, there was nothing they could do on the price (not even offer a discount for the mistake), and she was forced to pay the higher amount for the service. This is one of the worst (if not the worst) practices of any service, especially a high-cost service with high wait times. This experience and lack of trust with Season's has caused us to leave Season's and recommend our friends to go elsewhere as well.

Great looking building. A little pricy for a men's haircut.
