GOT YOUR BACK JACK!
Introduction
I am a creative fella that enjoys writing and a bit of illustration. Movies,Books and Games litter my mind and I also dabble in collectibles. When these things aren't taking up my attention, I like to weight train and hit the heavy bag (when the weather permits).  I run a blog called "The Alley" (Check the link below) where you can find reviews on collectibles, movies and various other things. You should check it out. We can have coffee and cake (Not coffee cake!) and I'll show you around the site. Hope to see ya around.

6/23/13 I have just returned from the 12:45 showing of Man of Steel at Luxury 10 in Beloit, WI and my experience was less than great. The film started 10 minutes late, the air conditioning was not on leaving the room very uncomfortable and the lights came on before the film was over. This exact issue happened last weekend as well when I viewed Star Trek Into Darkness at this location. I have been going to Luxury 10 since 1997 and I have watched the theater steadily decline both in its services and its presentation, a sad thing to see given how great the theater was when it first opened its doors. I saw Evil Dead back in April at Luxury and noticed a broken seat that was secured with duct tape in the auditorium. I saw Man of Steel in that same auditorium today and that same seat was wrapped in a trash bag and still unfixed. Luxury is uncared for and at times the auditoriums are unclean. It’s not enjoyable to have your feet stick to the floor. The theaters presentation seems to be of no concern to you, “the owners” at all. I understand that most theaters make their money through concessions and get very little from the actual ticket price, but this doesn’t excuse a poorly ran business. The theater just isn’t inviting to the public anymore and when you don’t feel invited you go elsewhere. I have skipped seeing anticipated films at Luxury and have instead opted to see them at the well kept and inviting, AMC Showplace in Machesney,IL. I spend more on gas and on ticket prices, but I have yet to have a poor thing to say about that theater. The experience there is comfortable and worth it. I wish I could say the same about Luxury, but I can’t and you know what? I really want to. I hate giving my money to a business that isn’t local, but the condition of your theater and how it is being run sends a clear message to ticket buyers. That message is that you don’t care. Your staff is kind and helpful, but the establishment is falling apart and is in the need of a lot of serious TLC. I hope you don’t just see this letter as a condemning note and overlook the real reason for me writing it. I love movies and I love going to see them at theaters. I have had great times at your theater in its early days and I want to see you return to that. It has such great potential and I want Luxury to achieve it. Please, start taking better care of the only theater Beloit has.
