My friends & I celebrated my birthday at Sweet Potato Cafe this past weekend. I had never heard of it but liked the name & thought it might be good. When we arrived I was pleasantly pleased to see the cafe, which is very cozy & well decorated (to my taste). The water was initially served from hand-painted wine bottles, which I thought was quite cute & artistically clever. The food presentation was very nice & all that I tasted was delicious! I will absolutely go back & take my family. Maybe we'll do the Mimosa brunch! :-) Thank you, Chef Karen & staff, for a delightful experience!

Great Sunday brunch! Food was delicious, and the waitress made us feel like part of the family. Vast selection of Southern foods for brunch; we'll be coming back again!

Decor: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Price: 5/5 I hugged Chef Karen after I ate there OMG. The place is small, picture a quaint southern house on the outside & remodeled inside to be a restaurant. Local artists performs on Fridays which is a nice touch. Local artists' pieces are all on display loved that. The service is good. Any restaurant the is at full capacity expect some delays. I'm a miser it's encoded into my dna. I do not like to overpay. The food here is worth the price. The presentation is awesome & the blend of flavors that explode with every bite. Kudos to you Chef Karen!! Overall Sweet Potato Cafe gets a 5/5 It is a place you would recommend to your friends

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to for this place. The moment I entered I felt welcomed and warm, very friendly environment. The best fried green tomatoes I have had, the pesto chicken was good. I will definitely go back. A Great Spot!

I went here after being at Stone Mountain Park for the day. The food was delicious. I had: a beet salad, turkey panini, sweet potato salad, and slice of sweet potato pie for dessert. The beet salad was a large portion and tasty. Sweet potato salad was different, not bad, but not something I would order again. The sandwich was good. The pie tasted like homemade sprinkled with powdered sugar. The inside of this little house was cozy, sofa at front, lots of beautiful artwork. The place definitely has a nice personality. BTW, they use two window ac units for cooling. It's not ice cold inside, slightly warm, which is fine with me. My waitress was great, friendly and accommodating Will definitely come here again

Didn't meet my expectations. Had wanted to visit but did fit travel itinerary. We happened by it on navigation while visiting Stone Mountain Village. Assumed awesome sweet potato pie. Not happening. Beautiful quaint place. Probably great southern cooking. Bad coffee to.
