I would never ever talk smack to a customer who is paying almost 20$ for three pancakes and three instant biscuts and aboiut a half cup of gravy, when the service provider has a problem about how many times the phone rang to make the takeout order. i was overwhelmed by the negative attitude that i recived from mr. pat. mr.pat brought his negitivity to another place of busniss and proceded to complain loudly about how many times his phone rang ect. ect. He embarressed the customer then was rude when i tried to explain the problem. i payed the rude mr. pat and he left still talking rubbish. hence i was extreemly upset and lost appatite for said overpriced food. i took the twenty dollar mistake back because said busboy forgot to bring pancake syurip. when i walked into pats said dishwasher was spouting off to the customers in pats about the many said phone calls that must have ruined his whole week. I was embarresed again and said that i didnt want the problematic food and left it on the counter. i walked out and was not offered my money back or a appoligy. i think had i not been of color this might not have ended this way. i suggest to all people who want to bring family to this great little community topass on pats if you want to enjoy Guerneville not to mention your food. hope you learn some respect pat.

Not that breakfast was bad...but it was hardly amazing. Service was pretty spotty - though our waitress was a hoot. The space is small and seating is limited...and don't forget your cash (no CC). Avoid coffee at all costs...

Richard and Donna put their hearts and souls into this 3rd generation family-owned establishment. Great food, great service. They create up some of the most amazing, classic diner food you can get anywhere. The breakfast is especially fantastic. I generally enjoy an omlette with freshly prepared, shredded hashbrowns topped with sausage gravy (or try Richard's garlic salsa if you prefer), along with a homemade butterhorn danish. And, if your in the mood, they can serve up a mean Bloody Mary or Mimosa from the bar. What more can you ask for to start the day?
