The Florida SBDC Network, the state's designated principal provider of small business assistance, encourages small businesses impacted by Hurricane Irma to apply for state and federal disaster loans. Eligible businesses with two to 100 employees may apply for loans for up to 180-day terms. The State of Florida recently increased the maximum loan amount from $25,000 to $50,000.
