“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
― Hippocrates

If you could heal your body heal NATURALLY, would you want to? Would you do it? Are you considering taking statin drugs for cholesterol, corticosteroid drugs, antidepressants, blood thinners, anti-inflammatory drugs, or diabetes drugs? Why not consider a natural option?

Our bodies are built and designed to heal from the inside-out. When given the proper ingredients called good food, we have an amazing potential to fight disease and inflammation within our own bodies! We are fearfully and wonderfully made!

Do you sit all day? Poor posture increases risk of death by up to 44%! A ground breaking study in 2004 proved a significant relationship between bad posture and early death from atherosclerosis and pulmonary disease (heart and lung disease). SO WHAT DO I DO!?

1. Sit up: As you work, keep you ankles beneath your chair (in line with your ears). This will engage your core, allowing you to sit longer and be more productive.

2. Stand up: Sitting puts excess stress on your low back, give it a break by standing, pushing your hips forward and leaning back.

3. Breath: Take 3 deep breaths/hr is enough to circulate your entire lymph through your body as well as circulating life giving oxygen to your muscles and brain.

4. Get adjusted! Find a good chiropractor in your area to promote healthy spinal movement, taking the pressure off your nervous system, heart, and lungs...and helping prevent "shy turtle" posture

"If you think organic food is expensive, have you priced cancer lately?"
You are what you eat, and what you eat is the genetic building blocks/coding for how your body repairs and is built. Don't underestimate the importance of eating a healthy diet, rich with the essential vitamins, nutrients, and minerals needed to fuel all the vital functions of your body. A majority of diseases are rooted in the bodies deficiency of key vitamins and minerals. When possible, choose organic fruits and vegetables to build a stronger body and a healthier you.
