I purchased a Groupon not long ago for an interior and exterior detail. I had an appt. for a Sat. morning at 8:30. I sat there and waited and waited for someone to arrive to open the shop. Close to 9 an employee showed up, never apologizing that he was late. He then told me he needed about an hour???? to complete the job and would call when finished. Never called, so I called them. When my husband went to pick up the car only the interior was done (and nothing great!). He asked them if the outside was included too and they said "no" that that was a different groupon than what I purchased. So he came home with my car and I was totally shocked to see the car so dirty on the outside! Called and no answer! Took it right back and he said that he could do the exterior now while I wait and it would take him 5 minutes???? or I could come back. Didn't want to wait and didn't want to EVER return. What a joke of a business!! Unprofessional and not worth whatever money you give them!! Better off doing it yourself! Would not recommend...EVER!!!

i cant say enough about these guys i was looking at some of there reviews and man have people got it wrong they told me they sold 1400 groupons but i only see 20 reviews so that must be tough for them if they were so bad where is the thousands of complaints. non the less i liked what they did to my car he said 2-3 hours for my gold package and it was done in 2 hours i was very happy and yeah i had to wait awhile but with a good groupon like that i was ok with that. i booked online and went on my way ill be back for sure they gave me a member card that ill hold on to for sure.

Can I not give zero stars? I bought a living social deal and since December have been phoning & emailing them to schedule my detail. They don't answer the phone or answer emails or return voice mails. You can't book online as there is no "living social" deal option button and if you try and put your voucher in on the "groupon" button it fails to register. I've tried to get a refund back from LS but they are digging their heels in. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LS DEAL. these rinky dinky companies can't cope with demand and offer no decent customer service. My battle with LS continues...

This was a horrible experience. I purchased a groupon and the first obstacle was not being able to schedule an appointment. Their website showed nothing available and they wouldn't return any phone calls. So finally I contacted groupon who got a hold of them and I finally received a return phone call. They "freed up" some scheduling slots. So I set an appointment. Due to traffic I was running a little late (I called but of course got no answer just the machine that nobody ever apparently listens to). I arrived 8 minutes late to find the place completely locked up and nobody around. I called again and this time got a call back within a few minutes saying that they had another appointment that they had to get to since I "didn't show up". Now I could understand if I was an hour late or whatever but by being 8 minutes late and having called 15 minutes prior to my appointment time at 3pm to let them know I was running a few minutes late I found this very unacceptable. IF they were really standing around waiting for me all they had to do was pickup the phone when it rang and answer it. There is no way they could tell me that they were going to fully detail and wax my car in that 8 minutes and leave for their next appointment (this goes back to their obvious inability to schedule anything correctly). If they were already gone and locked up the shop 8 minutes after the scheduled appointment time I can only imagine what kind of job would have been done on my car in those couple of minutes, or perhaps they would have just blown off the next client, either way the negative reviews I was reading about were starting to worry me more and ring true with me. I then tried to reschedule several times and after not having calls returned for over a week of trying I finally just got my money back from groupon (which gave me a credit to use on a future groupon). I feel like I most likely dodged a bullet on this one. Reading the other reviews on the terrible job they do isn't surprising with the poor customer service that I had on the front end of this just trying to get an appointment and then having them not even have their location open for it.

DO NOT go to A&J Mobile Detailers. I see their business failing fast. Bought a Groupon - The owner Adam did half the job that he was suppose to do with the $90 Groupon purchased. Called him back 5 times explaining my concern - no call back. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. I see he is now on Amazon Deals. I called them and told them do not do business with this company. A&J Detailers is a joke!

Save your money. DO NOT ever buy a Groupon or Living Social deal if you don't want to get ripped off. My Groupon expires soon and I have tried to book an appointment for a few weeks now. No return of phone calls and when I go online to book, there has been absolutely no "availability" for the entire month of December. So I just lost $$ on this scam of a place. They should be shut down for their horrible service.
