Quick, efficient and I wound up having a lot of fun with my friend. Take a friend who has a good sense of humor to your DMV appts and you won't notice the wait. Also my wait was less than 30 minutes, which exceeded my expectations.

I love this place, a delightful find for me. I thoroughly enjoyed their tea, ambience and service. They've also opened up a spot in Brooklyn on Smith Street
