The Scottish National Roller Derby Team

Since the very first Scottish roller derby league was set up 6.5 years ago, the sport has exploded across the country with leagues now skating in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Forth Valley, Perth, Inverness and Aberdeen, and even in Shetland.

Team Scotland is the National Roller Derby team of Scotland.

The original line-up, who competed at the 2011 Blood & Thunder Roller Derby World Cup, in Montreal, was made up of skaters from leagues across the country.

Planning is now underway, under guidance from UKRDA, for the Team Scotland team going forward to the 2014 World Cup, to be held in Dallas, Texas
