This isn't Hercules :) It is his despicable alter ego the Sovereign who has difficulty managing his emotions.

Maureen Tippel and Greg Kraft (Kraft Construction) are frauds. They managed one home my girlfriend and I for the last year. They blatantly committed fraud on multiple occasions in order to capture all of our rental income. Over the last year we had full occupancy and took in $8,000 and they with their fraudulent "repairs" turned around and took $7,950. They said that there was this thing or that thing that needed to be done. But when I finally made the time to investigate all of these "repairs" nearly half of them had never even been done. And these are major repairs like roof replacements! When confronted they said "oh, it was done", you just don't know what you are talking about. When brought photos they said stuff like, "he hired this other guy and I can't believe he did not do the work! I will take care of that!" They claimed that they would be sure that the work would get done, yet they have not made the repairs and they have refused to return the money. Maureen and Greg sat down with me near their abrupt termination. Anxiously I went to the bathroom and left a tape recorder at the table. As I was at the bathroom they openly discussed how Maureen was going to control the situation in order to defraud us (my girlfriend was out of town). At that meeting they made promises like fixing the repairs that were not done, reimbursing us for repairs which were "billed to us but actually at a different home", and directly returning a trivial amount of money. They literally fabricated thousands of dollars of repairs that were obviously never done and the only thing they have done to "make things right" is to write a $50 check from some other property owners account.

This bank is the worse bank I have ever dealt with and I am a bit of a bank collector with having over 10 bank accounts in the last 10 years. They have a horrible online system in which you can only view records for 6 months. In addition, they do not allow you to see how checks are used without paying them a fee in contrast to many other banks which scan your checks so that you can see how they were used. In particular though I am frustrated with this bank's branch because when searching from property managers the manager of this bank recommended mkt management and in particular Maureen Tipple. This woman and her "handiman" have blatantly defrauded my girlfriend and I and the manager of this bank gave Maureen her full endorsement which was a important factor in deciding to use Maureen. To see specifics on how Maureen and Greg defrauded us over a year read below. But before getting into these details I would like to mention that the bank was also complicit in allowing this situation to escalate by refusing to stop a $700 withdrawn form the account. Yet, they still charged us for the "stopping the check fee" even though the check went through. PLEASE CONSIDER USING CHASE. They have handled the majority of my business needs and have been exceptional! Maureen Tipple and Greg Craft are frauds. They managed one home my girlfriend and I for the last year. I talked to three different people at three different times in the company within two days and each of them gave me a different quote and a different explanation. The first person I talked to even told me that my part was recalled and that since it was recalled it would cost only $80 for diagnosis and repair. The next person told me it would be $85 for diagnosis. The next person told me 95. Finally the last lady I talked to was extremely rude when I expressed my surprise at the differences in price quotes. I scheduled an appointment for service with a dysfunctional furnace with the company despite my reservations around today for around noon tomorrow hoping the roommates were okay with not having heat for a day. We set an appointment and I was repairing to pay some ever increasing rate but surprise the company called back later that same day after hours to tell me that they cannot schedule an appointment at that time. So now it is impossible to schedule with anybody else for tomorrow until tomorrow.

This is the 3rd Super 8 Hotel that I have stayed at in the last month and it is by far the worse in terms of service. I arrived a full 15 minutes before the breakfast was over and 1/2 the food was already gone. There was no attendant available at the time so I waited until one was available and when I asked for more milk the lady opened the fridge pulled out a 1/8 gallon of milk next to 3 full gallons and said, "this is all we have available" and partially filled the milk. A different patron asked for more yogurt and she pulled out one yogurt and said, "This is the last one". Both of these statements were obvious lies. The other Super 8s I have been to the attendants have been sure to provide sufficient breakfast to feed people up until 9am. Sometimes after 9 am if there was good reason why people could not arrive by 9am. However, this was a blizzard and the attendant (Linda) was going out of her way to save money when it was clear that if the Super 8 did not feed people some of these people would not be able to make it out today and would go hungry.

I have gone into Miller twice and I don't think I will go there again. Somehow they always talk me into getting more tests and more medications even when I say no. Last time I brought in my dog because he had fleas and was experiencing some hair loss. They talked me into getting heart worm medication and flee medication and then cornered me into getting a test for my dog to see if he had heart worm so that he can safely start the treatment with the newest top of the line product available to keep him healthy. I drew the line finally when they were suggesting I give him steroids to alleviate the irritation caused from fleas. So long and short, I went in to Miller cause my dog had fleas and I came out with a $198 bill. The time before, they agreed to see my dog for a first time free check up after I got him from the pound and basically forced me to buy dewormer though the humaine society told me that they had given him dewormer. So they weighted him and talked with me for 15 minutes and basically charged me $40 for dewormer which I did not give him because I do not believe in giving my animals drugs for no practical reason. In addition to over-prescribing treatments, their service is neither timely nor what I understand as in the best interest of my pets. On average they have made every appointment that I have seen the vet on average 10-15 minutes at most into an hour long appointment composed of my time being wasted as I wait for someone to do anything. I don't know if this is normal for vets. I went to a vet back home once who after taking our dog in for symptoms that seemed awful (bloody diarrhea) and in return I was told to change the diet of my dog and amazingly he got better. I can't imagine Miller ever giving me advise like that. It is a shame I did not look on google maps earlier to see what other people had to say about them. It seems that other people had similar experiences.

AT&T is the worst actor in a class of bad companies. The federal securities and exchange commission should investigate this company.
