Let me say that this is THE BEST PLACE I have EVER lived!!!! First off, The 3 woman who work in the office that I keep reading about... those women bend over backwards every. single. day. to help out the residents. I have lived in at least 6 different apartment complexes in my life, and I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER, met better, more caring, or more competent managers, EVER!!!! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough! Secondly, this is also the most beautiful and well kept complex I have ever experienced. When I first saw the apartments, I thought it had just been built, but they just keep this complex looking gorgeous and new at all times. Thirdly, if something needs to be done or fixed, it is done immediately, if not within 24 hours. If you are looking for a place that has genuinely AMAZING managers, a clean safe place to live, and very spacious, well kept apartments... then you have found the perfect place. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

This is the worst place I have ever lived! I would have rather lived out of my car. First they said they were going to spray for bugs and didn't tell me when they were coming and the guy just walked into my house WITHOUT NOTICE. Second they re-did the parking lot and put everyone out of a parking spot, I had to walk home alone from Wal-Mart IN THE RAIN with my 1 year old at about ten at night. I went into talk to them and they said they put a notice on the door, I told them well I wasn't home to get the notice and that I came home to find out I don't have a place to park. They were so mean to me when I went into the office, they did not apologize for nothing. Third problem was when I called them to come fix the carpet and A WEEK LATER they finally came to look at it. They said I never called but I have phone records showing that I did, they said the carpet guy was going to come anywhere from 10-12 and he didn't knock on my door till about 4:30pm. They were talking badly about me and my husband one time in the office, when I called to ask them they said that it never happened, I pretty much took that as they were calling us liars. When I moved out I CLEANED so good. That's all I have ever done for work is housekeeping. They walked hrough the apartment and they said "I'm impressed, we have never had a place left this clean." They didn't even have to change out the things on top of the stove and they always have to change them, I cleaned the tub so good and used bleach to make it whiter then white but yet they charge me 15 dollars and said there was scum marks on there but yet the pictures that I have shows the tub super white. When I called to talk about the 15 dollar charge the girl was so mean, I asked "how was the tub dirty when you didn't have to change the things on the stove cause they were so clean". She told me "you said you bought new things for the stove", I will admit I lost it at this point, I told her she was such a liar. When I went to turn in the last key that I had, the girl told me she wasn't authorized to write out a receipt. I didn't think you had to have something special to write on a piece of paper saying I dropped the key off to you and I don't have it in my possession, I left and she called to have me come back cause she was going to write one out. I think she just wanted me to turn my key in after the weekend, which would have made it late, so then they could have charged me for it. These people are ridiculous. If you decide to stay here then get a receipt for everything and take pictures when you move in and move out. They lie about everything. I paid my last months rent and moved out early because they were treating us so badly. For a 2 bedroom I was paying 748 now I pay 90 dollars more for a 2 bedroom HOUSE, and I don't get treated like trash. Please be careful with these people. I walked around and asked people what the thought about the people in the office and most of them got treated like trash and lied to. oh yes and when I asked them to come and fix the garbage disposal they just went in when I have the paper saying that they cant walk in unless I was home and they did it anyways. When I went to talk to them they just said that the fix it guy isn't a bad guy. That fix it guy could have went through my personal things that's why I didn't want them in there when I wasn't home, I don't know who that guy is. They didn't care that I put down no one could just walk in without an appointment.

I lived in Pinebrook Apartments for 18 months, and the whole time I was there, the staff were VERY friendly, and they always strove to create an atmosphere of community through regular barbecues and other tenant events. Any maintenance problems I had (and they were very few and far between) were fixed promptly. When I got a cat, I refused to declaw her for moral/child safety reasons (I hear they can get bitey if you declaw them). I explained this to the staff and told them I would be getting plastic nail tips for her to blunt her nails, and they were fine with that. I am only giving four stars because of the price. It's a little pricer than comparable apartments. My next door neighbor had a 3-day pay or get evicted notice on his door EVERY month, so I saw the amount of rent he was getting charged. It was $30 less than mine, and when my lease came up, they wanted to charge me even $50 more than what I had been paying before. I ended up finding something more conveniently located rather than pay $80 more than what my deadbeat neighbor pays.

I been renting apartment all over the US for the last thirty years, this is the worst management I ever have to deal with. The greediest people I ever met. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you’re military or civil service, I would look somewhere else. They will suck last dollar out of you.

This month marks my 4th year of living at this complex and I have loved every minute of it. I have had no issues and the staff has been very nice and easy to work with. The manager when I moved in was Nikki and she was a great manager, the assistant manager Michelle took over for her about a year ago and has done awesome. This is an awesome place to live and you will not regret it at all.

This is probably the worst apartment complex i have ever dealt with. To begin with, it is a complete rip off and the management are FASCISTS, they seem nice but want nothing more than your money. Absolutely horrible experience the entire time living there and they will try to rip every last penny out of your pocket. You can hear EVERY footstep of the people above you and the apartment is not even close the worth of rent. DO NOT LIVE HERE. seriously.
