Every day I hear more and more about the negative impact of sugar in our diets. Reducing the amount we consume has got to be a priority. Did you see all the news and television coverage about the problem? The BBC reported government measures to address growing obesity problems in the UK, Jamie Oliver's documentary 'Sugar Rush' called for a tax on fizzy drinks and the Mental Health Foundation released their findings on the effect of poor diets contributing to a number of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, Alzheimer's and ADHD.
I think it's time to get serious and take action!
