There is some incorrect information online regarding the national landmark known as The Covington House, 4201 Main Street,Vancouver, WA 98663
The correct telephone number is and always has been 360-695-6750.
The interior has been managed since 1930 by The Vancouver Woman's Club (established March 20th 1900) The Covington House is not a private venue, it is a national landmark, however, the actual site is not staffed, so access with a docent or rental with a hostess is arranged by appointment or reservation, respectively.
It is charming as well as historic, and offers space for up to fifty guests, teachers with students, (music, sewing, learning to read, yoga, meditation, Reiki, gamers, LARP, etc.), family, friends, groups or clubs to celebrate birthday's, wedding's, social or spiritual events, gatherings, parties and meetings.
Rentals of the space are available from a one time event, monthly or weekly for your meetings, classes  or special occasions.
The Covington House has been referred to as "a social hub" in the past, and continues to be a social hub today. It is a piece of our American history and just a glimpse of the local history of the settlement and establishment of the American Pacific North West Territory. So, do come visit! You should see what you're missing! Also, see our pages on Facebook and Wikipedia!

The Covington House cabin is a registered National Landmark, managed since 1930 by The Vancouver Woman's Club. The Covington House continues to be a social "hub" and is (uniquely) available for rent, (360-695-6750), by the general public for private and social events (including weddings, costume, tea, birthday,  anniversary, parties, local clubs meetings, etc., and of course, The Vancouver Woman's Club, (which is always welcoming new members and guests), hosts a monthly speakers luncheon on the 4th Tuesday at noon September-June. And "Open House" every July and August. Do come join us!
For more details about the historic Covington House cabin, check out the pages I created at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Covington_House_(Vancouver,_Washington) or: https://www.facebook.com/CovingtonHouse
Thank You!
