Ken's a great guy. Minneapolis needs an upgrade in the 10th Ward.

Cool, thanks, Ed. There are lots of new faces challenging all over the place and people I know are already endorsing, so I'm asking. And wishing something more exciting were happening in Ward 11.

I purchased a card, tried to use it, and it didn't work. No big deal. That can happen. But, what was a big deal was actually getting a refund. They have limited phone hours and never returned phone calls. Their online support system was broken. When I did get a human on the phone they said they'd have the problem resolved in 3 business days. They did not. This left me with no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company.

Inventory is not accurate. It's a waste of time to order items only to receive a refund. And, not only a partial refund but full refund, meaning they had 0/10 of their advertised available stock.
