I love my Audi A8L. I am very happy with whole buying experience I had at Audi of Nashua and the salesman Patrick Holland. Patrick was straight forward and tried his best to get us the best deal. He made purchasing a vehicle such a positive experience through open communication and providing us with up to date information on the car. Thank you very much Patrick, we are grateful for your help and professionalism. Complete five stars.

I've purchased two Audis from Audi Nashua, and am convinced this is what car buying should be. Although several other Audi dealerships are closer to my residence, Audi Nashua has had the unique cars with special features & packages that make traveling the extra distance worthwhile. The dealership is what you’d expect from Audi- ultra clean, professional, organized, and efficiently run. And the cars have been amazing. I've been to several MA-based Audi dealerships in the past, and have had a couple high pressure experiences, which I didn't appreciate. That said, Mark Pitera’s no-pressure attitude, and straight forward, friendly, demeanor has been refreshing. And his wiliness to make special accommodations has been pleasantly surprising- all the reason to keep returning to this one particular dealership. Couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I recently bought an A4 at Audi Nashua. The whole experience was a joy from the first. Mike Rindo brought the car to my workplace so I could test drive it without taking a huge amount of time from work - score! The car was ready when we arrived and the whole sales process was easy and friendly. James Giniewicz wrapped it up quickly. No pressure, just great customer service. Love this dealership and I LOVE my new A4!

I bought a new Audi Q7 in 2008 from this dealer, and have since dealt with many, many issues with this car. My experience the past seven years has given me a negative impression of both Audi as well as the customer service of this dealership. Within six months of buying my new Audi Q7, the engine exploded in the gas station. Additional problems accumulated, including malfunction of the driver seat door. Most recently, my windshield wiper stopped working. I went to the dealer to fix this problem about a year ago, and paid $704 for the replacement of several parts. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. The windshield wiper continued to exhibit erratic behavior just a few weeks later. With winter coming, I finally found time to take this car to the dealer again. After examining the windshield wipers, they told me we needed to replace the same parts they had replaced a year ago. Because I was a mere EIGHTEEN DAYS past warranty, I had to pay again for new parts – this time $800. The never-ending onslaught of problems with this car has left me extremely frustrated. I am frustrated at Audi and have lost confidence in the quality of their cars. I am also frustrated with the dealership and their customer service, particularly with their handling of the windshield wiper issue. I would strongly advise customers to rethink their purchase.

This is the second car I have leased from Shane! He is the reason I have returned to the Audi Dealership of Nashua. He listens to what you want and finds you exactly what you are looking for, with no pressure to add anything more. He is accommodating, highly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to work with. By far the best car salesman I have worked with over the years of purchasing and leasing cars. Best sales experience I've had at a dealership! I worked with Daniel Mitsch over the course of two weeks while looking for a pre-owned vehicle. He couldn't have been better! Very kind and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, just there to help with the process any way he can. I ended up not purchasing here only because there wasn't a anything in their pre-owned inventory that i wanted exactly but this will be my first stop when I'm looking again in a few years! I highly recommend Daniel and this dealership.

I called this dealership to get information on buying Audi Care for my 2015 A6. I was trying to take advantage of the no sales tax in the state of NH as I live in NY. After calling and leaving my number for someone call me back no one did. The following day I went on their website and used the instant msg feature to which I spoke with a representative who took my phone number and stated they would have someone call me. Well its been another 24 hours and no response. Glad I didn't buy my vehicle here b/c these guys seem to be very unprofessional and unresponsive. Fortunately I was able to call the Audi dealership in DE and they hooked me right up no problem.
