I can't say enough about the quality of my buying experience with Jude Pearson and Audi of Nashua. Jude was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and was a great listener. There was no pressure and we came to an agreement on pricing that I was very satisfied with. Jude continued to stay in touch regularly during the delivery process and went above and beyond the day I picked up my Q5. In advance she made sure I was aware of everything I needed to make the transaction smooth and quick. On the day I picked the car up, it was out front and the detailing was outstanding. I met with Eric Kneidle and he was terrific to work with, very upbeat and made the buying process go quickly and smoothly. Jude spent all the time I needed to go over the car and it's systems to be sure I was familiar with everything. She even sent me websites which deal with the individual technologies that go with the car. I can't say enough about Jude and Audi of Nashua. They know how to make a buyer feel special. Great overall experience!

INTERNET BUYERS BEWARE! I tried to purchase a vehicle across country and have it shipped. I was shepherded between multiple salespeople and received good service from one but the typical used car-salesmen tricks from the Internet Manager. "We've got lots of folks interested, two appointments on the weekend, etc.", "We bought it for more than that.." on a manual transmission vehicle that had been sitting in the lot for months. Pressure tactics that were not true, because the car was sent to auction between when I contacted them and the supposed appointments and because I eventually came to know during the financing process that their purchase price was $5,000 lower than my offered price. I still decided to purchase the vehicle at their price because it had all the features I was looking for, but the service I received was poor. I couldn't get folks to call me or email me back. The finance manager would not even try to match my pre-approved financing rate. As a result I used my own bank but it was like pulling teeth to get Audi of Nashua to send the paperwork and necessary documentation to them. I basically had to beg them daily to purchase the car- it was like a second job and took weeks! Even though I had invested so much time, I eventually had to pull out of the deal because I lacked so much confidence in the process and was being treated so rudely...its a lot of money to spend over the internet..if you are an internet buyer just go to a different dealership. It's definitely not an Audi thing because the experience was night and day at another Audi dealership and I still purchased the vehicle over the internet.

I apologize for your frustration in the process of trying to purchase our Certified Pre-Owned Audi from us. Although we do sell many cars out of our area and across the country, it does get complicated when it comes to remote financing. Unfortunately, your lender had many restrictions and documentation policies that made it difficult to bring this deal to fruition. It seems everything went very well until it came to the point of satisfying your lender. I see my staff spent a lot of time trying to help you work this out. Everyone has a bad day..but a whole team for a whole month? Stay away from trading your vehicle year...and know that Audi Customer Loyalty means nothing, four vehicles purchased means nothing. "Remember all 10s on our surveys". Don't fill these out until at least 6 months has passed. $65K car and can't throw in $150 floor mats and changed stores as to why. Used Car Manager has a number to hit and not a real happy camper. Understand selling cars is tough but having someone buy 4 cars in 3 years usually means they are serious. Buyer Beware!!! Do no favors as they will not be returned. Loyalty is a 2 way street. Always get your own financing...

We are thinking to get my wife a new car some times in a future. We stopped by BMW on DW first and had a nice conversation with a sales person we been doing business before. No pressure at all just chat. Then on a way back home decided to stop by Audi. It all started nice and friendly. We said right away that we not really on a market yet just tire kickers. It was all fine we even took A4 for a test drive. Then suddenly for whatever reason, we needed to meet a sales manager! Why do we need to meet sales manager? Then calls started. in 2 weeks 2 already. Do you have any questions? Well, if we have any questions we call you, right? How come you do not want to take advantage of our 'low financing' offer? Because we not buying a car just yet! I told my wife, if we end up getting Audi, it will not be from Nashua dealer!

Mark, Eric and Danielle are always accessible, courteous and extremely responsive, I have several vehicles under their care, and the team at Nashua Audi has always treated me as if I was family! I really do feel safe and know that these guys have my back when it comes to my cars. The loaners are new, clean, and nice and the guys ins parts are always willing to assist and provide any information. Simply put - a GREAT Dealership selling a great brand of vehicles HT

I went into Audi of Nashua to purchase an S5. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dan Mitsch. I can not say enough about him.. he truly was amazing.. easy to talk to... had a great sense of humor. I've been in sales for many years..it's refreshing to work with someone like Dan. He was low pressure, but straight to the point. I highly recommend anyone looking for an Audi to ask for him.

I cannot say enough positive things about the experience my husband and I have had at this dealership. The cars speak for themselves. The employees on the other hand...professional, personable, funny, put us at ease. We came into the dealership to look at the lowest priced car on the lot, yet we were treated like royalty. We have experienced good customer service before, but never like this. We signed the final papers tonight with complete confidence. Patrick was extremely thorough in reviewing every last piece of our transaction--his attention to detail and complete knowledge of the Audi brand was a very comforting factor.
