This week we’ll be talking about an issue that I’m particularly keen to dive into personally, and if you’re a fan of grip work then you’re undoubtedly in the same boat. We’ll be discussing Recovery Work for the Hands.



I love a dose of grip work.

As a standalone grip session, or a part of other exercises. Good fun.

When it comes to recovery work though, I’m always in two minds as to what to do. Should the hands be treated separately, and if so, how? What sorts of techniques are available?
