When I was in the depths of my depression, I needed HOPE! I needed to be reminded of God's character and that despite my feelings, I could trust God to see me through any situation.

If I can give you one piece of advice, it's to not trust your feelings because our feelings are really just the outward manifestation of the thoughts we believe.
