Come and celebrate Pi Day at MoMath on this Virtual Field Trip
with Dr. Tim Chartier and Co-Executive Director of the National Museum of Mathematics, Cindy Lawrence! Interested teachers please see details below.
We'll visit a few of the museum's exhibits, learn to estimate the value of Pi with a handful of chocolate chips or raisins, and get a sneak peek into topics from Tim's book Math Bytes. Best of all, Tim is a professionally trained mime and will introduce some mathematical ideas with his illusions.
