This is my second time at BJ's and have to say that its just "ehhh". Both times the service was blah and the food was nothing to write home about. Maybe it was off days? Maybe I need to drink some of their awesome beers on draft? Sorry, but being a restaurant in and around the mall and/ or Restaurant Row in the South Orlando area, you have to have your A GAME on all of the time. On a positive note, the ambiance and decor is pretty nice. I may give it one more shot before I give up on this one.

Michael was my server and he was amazing :) all of the food came out on time, and he was super friendly and helpful even though it was pretty busy and his section was full. i heard a couple of the other servers get irritated with one another but michael totally kept his cool and had fun with us. i feel as though he should be a bartender or something because his attitude is excellent and he is so friendly. Last time we visited, we had a bad experience with our waitress and then a bad experience with the manager, both women were rude and seemed uninterested in our dining experience. michael definitely changed our minds about this restaurant and we will come back to see him

Good food, they have a wide selection. Moderately expensive. I'd recommend it.

I went to dinner at this place one evening. I paid my bill and left and forgot to pick up my phone which I had kept under a menu. I remembered my mistake after I sat on my car and drove a block. I immediately turned and went in. By then the table was cleaned and reset and my phone missing. They have thieves working for them. The Manager was a good for nothing, he did nothing in-spite of me proving I left it on the table. My recommendation - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You go out to have a nice time but in my case I lost my $600 phone.

4 stars for the beer. 3 stars for the food. 1 star for the service. Waitress was nice enough at first. Girlfriend ordered soup and salad. Some guy brings the salad out near immediately, girlfriend apologizes and says she understood her items were to come out concurrently and she'd rather wait until I am served also. Guy gives an overly dramatic "ooookay" and has the audacity to roll his eyes at her when she looked away (apparently unconcerned by the fact I was looking at him the whole time). Takes the salad back, pauses to say something to the waitress on his way. 20 minutes later, waitress comes with the food and an attitude. Drops, not sets, a warm salad in front of my girlfriend, drops soggy pita tacos in front of me, and leaves. Comes back 10 minutes later, attitude intact, asks me if I wanted another beer. I tell her no, thank you, and she walks off, ignoring my girlfriend's equally shallow glass. Paid the bill and got the hell out. Shocking contrast to the awesome service at the Oviedo location. Too many other options near Millenia to waste time or money at this place.

NO SERVICE?! We were sat at 6:15pm, no one came by or got drinks orders. We notified the front at 6:30 they said someone would be right there and we finally left at 6:55 because still nobody came. What absolutely disgusting service. The manager was James.

Great spot for burgers and brews in the Millennia area. The lunch menu is worth checking out first if you've never been or are on a budget. The fries and homemade sodas are definitely my favorite parts of a visit to BJ's!

I love the BJ's in Daytona! So when we got the one in Orlando (near Mall of Millenia) we were excited. Great place with great food. Love the hand-crafted beers. The last tow times there - the service was not up to par. Last Sunday, got there around 10PM after a concert. The guy at the hostess stand completely ignored us. He was on the phone, and it seemed like a 'personal' call. After 5 minutes of waiting... we just grabbed menus and sat ourselves in the bar area. Our waiter introduced himself in a timely manner, but it took a good 5 minutes for him to take our drink order. I ordered a beer and she ordered a water. The water came out quickly - but i waited a good 5-8 minutes on my beer. The waiter was nice... but not the fastest. Typically the food is always great. I ordered a pizza. Did not look anything like the picture. The picture showed a pizza with a good sized doughy crust... but what i got was def thin-crust. My pizza was ok, and hot. But her meal was not hot. I emailed the store manager (got email address from the business card at the hostess stand). I took 4-5 days to even hear back from the manager. Because this was the 2nd time of poor service and problems with our food... i wrote the manager and told him about this. When he finally bothered to write back --- he seemed apolegetic but didn't offer us anything. If someone complains... most managers will offer something. And although we are not typical complainers... this was our 2nd time in about 3 weeks having problems... and the manager didn't offer anything which i found a problem! When you have hundreds of restaurants looking for our hard, earned money... and there seems to be a consistent problem and you talk to management and they do not seem to care much.... i think i will take my business to other restaurants.
