The bartender was a total jerk. Unfriendly is too mild a description. I'm not going to bore you with the whole story but we got the impression that if you weren't a local "get out" was the message - received loud and clear we took our business elsewhere.

Everything on the menu is consistently excellent. Service is friendly and efficient. And a great selection of beers on tap. Collins Pub never disappoints.

Cool little pub with unbelievably rude bartenders. Went into Collins with a coworker after work, they were a bit busy but not insane. After being ignored at the bar for 5-10 minutes, I asked the bartender what IPAs they had on tap and was shrugged off with a brazen "check the chalkboard," a point in the direction of the chalkboard on the other side of the bar, then he left. Hopefully he was just having an off night or something, but it definitely put me off and made me re-think supporting the establishment in the future.
