The JMS team was very friendly and inviting. Very fair pricing and even helped move items to the car from the checkout. Honest people and honest prices. I'd definitely feel comfortable hiring this company to manage my family's estate sale(s). They welcome you in and make you feel right at home. The guys even have a soft spot for the kids. Giving high fives as payment for a toy and a promise from the kids to always do their best at any goals set. You can buy any item at these estate sales for very cheap. But the integrity and class from the employees at JMS is priceless!

JMS estate sales tried to sell his own gun at an estate sale, I am the person he tried to sell it to and my wife witnessed this. He told us that the guns listed on his estate sale website were sold but he had his own on his side that he could sell me for $500. He called her 4 times after leaving the sale and has texted her 30+ times threatening her to take down her review, and saying that he is going to sue for slander. Avoid this company at all costs. We have been in contact with several other individuals that have dealt with this guy and had the same thing happen.

I have dealt with JMS estate sales since they were established and have had nothing but great experiences with John and his crew. The are honest and trustworthy with all of my family. I do not know where these bad reviews are coming from cause John is an outstanding guy. I did notice there are no names attached to the reviews so that should tell you something. I have seen personally some of his customers and he is always courteous and a gentlemen regardless of how they treat him and his crew. Thank you JMS for being an outstanding company and I will always use and referre you to family and friends.

We try to run a tight ship and may even spring a leak or two, but we have managed to stay afloat and never forget why we are doing this; To Help Families who are stressed out and don't know who to turn to and trust with their lively possessions. I know who you are and will give a big handshake or hug if you prefer! Thanks for the awesome review it means a lot! I wish more people were honest! Aren't you the guy who came to our Garner sale a few weeks ago in a army flight suit with your Expecting wife? Well congrats and Thank You for your Service!

Fact: The owner and his wife, John and Lori Shaver, became angered after I gave their business a negative review on Facebook. Fact: The owner and his wife responded with retaliatory posts and comments making blatantly false statements about me and my business on my business page, so I made formal reports to Facebook and had to block them. Fact: The owner messaged me via Facebook with threats and harassment on May 28th. This was also reported. Fact: The owner sent me multiple threatening and harassing emails on June 1st which included blatantly false statements about me. Fact: The owner acknowledged receipt of a Cease & Desist demand that I emailed to him and CONTINUED to send threatening and harassing emails after receipt of the Cease & Desist. Fact: I have reported all of his emails which are in direct violation of Gmail's user policy to Google and an investigation is currently being conducted. Fact: I am reporting the owner and his threats and harassment to my local law enforcement and I am pursuing criminal charges against him. I would never do business with this man and I would never recommend this business to anyone due to the owner's reckless and abusive behavior.

Bart R Schultz you were asked to take down you slanderous reviews over furniture a family sold before we even signed the contract. I am sorry that you were not a part of the deal, but the review you left was because you were apparently mad and trying to cause as much pain and damage as you thought you could. Unfortunately people can see how crazy it is for you to leave a review like that even if we did pre sell items from an estate sale. We unfortunately had no part in selling the furniture that you wanted so badly and didn't get that you had to try and hurt a local small business. I'm sorry you didn't get you way but make it right. Thanks and better luck next time!
