Good quality clothes and lovable color coded racks of apparel. Mostly for streetwear seekers rather than work wear, due to pricing of most items opposed to the regular Carhartt.

this is not a workwear store. this is carhartts fashion line. dont go here looking for workwear. big disappointment

I went here looking for Carhhart work jeans which were $100+ dollars! They also have some skinny/thinner Carhhart jeans which were awesome and I didn't know they made. But the prices are extremely outrageous compared to regular store that sell the same Carhhart jeans. If you are rich or stupid and want to pay $100+ for every pair of pants in here then go for it.

The whole experience was made insufferable by the worst staff i have ever encountered in a store. All that these two twits did was prance around, rapping or singing along to the song that was playing. Talk about cringe. They offered little to no help and were really just too into their little sing along. I really do not understand why a store manager would employ such useless pretentious staff. Surely it can't be profitable. Needless to say I will never return to the Carhartt store in NYC. Just shop online instead.

Been wanting to stop in since the store reopened and finally got a chance to last week. I was hoping to pick up some women's clothing, but the store hasn't started to carry them yet. The assistant manager was really helpful though and I ended up picking up some items for myself, as well as a gift for another. Definitely a good, new vibe in the store.

Had either of the two staff bothered to greet me, let alone ask me if I needed help I might have stayed longer. As it was the selection was scant, and the service non existent. A shame, I was keen to buy...

My experience here was pretty bad. The staff and employees were rude and pretentious. When asking a question about size being larger, smaller or average to typical brands they couldn't give me an answer. They suggested a size and kindly disagreed he told me i was wrong and he'd be sure id be back returning the item.

The Quality of the Clothes are good. The Store is nicely set up but there's really nothing different from any other store in Downtown New York City Soho Area. The Service is very poor & this is why . . . Carhartt & Vans were teaming up for a special sneaker release. I anticipated the Carhartt WIP x Vans Syndicate 2012 Old School Camo in a Size 10. I called a week in advance to make sure of what date they would receive the sneaker. They kept giving me different dates and when i was asked if i could be notified of when the sneakers would arrive the employee laughed and said "i would have to make a hundred calls or send a hundred emails" i was thinking to myself what better does this guy have to do. Especially in this day and age with all the technology we have to communicate. Plus when i arrived at the store as i will mention later in this review both employees were sitting in front of the store chatting as if they had nothing to do. i think robots would work better than those two. But back to what i was saying, If not a call at least an email to notify someone that the store receive the item would be a great method of customer service. So i called the store this past Friday (Sept. 7th) in the afternoon the store employee then told me that the sneakers were held up in customs at the airport and that they should have them by Monday. So Monday finally comes, i call the store and i couldn't get through to anyone at all because all the voice messages are full and nobody erased them. This made me upset that i would have to go all the way down to the store with out knowing if they had my size or not. Someone should have erased the messages. I then went down to the store after work to find the two employees sitting outside in front of the store chatting it up. I asked about the sneakers i wanted and he tells me they're sold out to try looking on Ebay for them but i will have to pay more money and I'm sure this is the same guy I've been speaking to on the phone this whole time. It completely ruined my day enough for me to go home sour and write this review on how poor the service is and Carhartt's Employees are.
