Horrible horrible horrible! They promised a truck, ran my credit, had us waiting for hours! At the end of it all, the manager and salesman come back hours later without a care in the world and tell us "the truck has been sold elsewhere". Don't set foot in this place. They are a waste of time, promised a list of things and they don't follow through. Their word means nothing and they offer what they can't provide. If it was possible to give them ZERO stars I would.

I will never recommend nor buy a car from here EVER again. They claim to to have a strong commitment to satisfying their customers, but this is FALSE. The salesman Aaron is horrible. He didn't know what he was talking about and gave us misleading information. I even had this perception that he was under the influence of something (maybe that's just him, i don't know). However, I chose to look past it because my husband and I liked the truck we had seen. After spending 5 hours at the dealership we asked if they could put gas in the truck. We had a 2 hour drive back to Santa Barbara and wanted to get home after a long day. We were told by Aaron that he would fill up gas tank. He DID NOT. As we were already on freeway, I called Jose in Sales and he apologized. Told me that he would call me the following Wednesday when he was in and send me a gas/gift card. HE NEVER called or sent me gift card. To make matters WORSE. We had to put in a new battery after the first week of having truck. Then in the second week the starter didn't WORK! I have called several times and nobody seems to be able to help me. BAD customer service! Ive nearly had the truck 2 weeks. These are huge issues that should have been addressed prior to me driving off the lot. Clara in service is the only person that has problem solving skills and has given me some info to help. My advice. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else. Giving one star because I didn't have the option to give ZERO.

Came in to have my routine maintenance on my car and couldn't be happier! The level of service here is outstanding from the moment I was greeted when I pulled up to the minute I drove off. When I first bought my car I never imagined myself taking my it to the dealer for every maintenance or major repair but that is exactly what has happened. Sean Evans and his team are the best of the best. I have never once doubted or questioned their recommendations. I have always felt that they have been 100% honest with me and I trust them completely. I recommend DCH Toyota to everyone and anyone. You and your car are in good hands here!

Walking into a dealership is always an intimidating endeavor. I called the night before and talked to Aaron, did the online credit app and set an appointment. Arrived at the store the next morning and Aaron met us and connected us with Keith. I kept waiting for the runaround but I have to admit these guys went very professional. After the test drive we went to the finance office where Valentine did the paper work. The experience was incredible. Thanks, Aaron, Keith and Valentine! I will recommend you to everyone.

An absolutely honest review with email proof to back myself up. I am a new mother looking for a specific vehicle. I'm in the market for a Nissan Murano. I looked on the Internet and for these guys just happened to have one (or so I was lead to believe). I emailed and spoke with AARON CASTRO. I SPECIFICALLY asked if the vehicle was available. He stated yes. I told him that I live 45mins away and didn't want to drive all the way over there for a bait and switch. He stated the vehicle was there. So I made arrangements for my child and I drove 1hour in traffic to see the Murano. I get there and I'm told the vehicle is no longer available that it was just sold earlier. Mind you, I had just asked less than 1 hour prior if the vehicle was available. After I'm told it was "Just sold." I immediately left. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & GAS. Then about 20 minutes after I left, ARRON CASTRO sends me an email giving me more information on the car I was just told was "sold" and that it was a pleasure to help me. This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and is NOT trust worthy or worth you time. It's not even worth 1 star.

This was the worse experience in my lifetime. I am deaf and had serious issues getting DCH to communicate properly when I first leased my car. They promised they would work on this disability discrimination but several months towards the end of my lease I was crushed to see that not only did they still have the same faults but had gotten even worse. I am in no way wanting any type of special hand held treatment; only to be treated equally by DCH Torrance. They made themselves completely unavailable to discuss another lease or buy out until it was too late. When I finally got through to someone after emailing every manager on their lot, all they did was the least they could do which was hollow sorry's with absolutely no real follow through. I even went in but no one was available, so I asked them to email me because I cannot hear the phone for that type of communication and they didn't reply. I understand that people with disabilities take just a little extra effort but to be treated this poorly was truly the most heartbreaking disappointment that I've experienced in my entire life. I have so many great experiences with companies such as Nordstrom, Costco, Roadrunner, Volvo, Chase; that when a company such as DCH Toyota treats you this poorly, it's not only a shock but inhumane. ~ Ruben Nathan Ponton

Excellent service from Richard Perez ! I have followed him from other dealerships because he is a very honest and trustworthy service writer. He makes recommendations of what should be done and the priority of each recommendation .
