HORRIBLE service and a RIP OFF. I flew to Paris with my wife on vacation and we decided to stop by the Christian Louboutin and the line was 2 hours to just walk into the store but my wife wanted to wait. OK, no problem… we spent almost 2 more hours shopping. We winded up spending over $4,000 Euros on 2 pairs of shoes, a wallet and a purse. Again, its all good. But we fly back to the US and we don't even open the boxes for a month. I am the CEO of a national company and conducted a workshop for Multi Million Dollar and Multi Billion dollar companies and I was planning to wear my new shoes for my event… I put them on, day of the event and they were the WRONG size! Sasha, my sales rep put the wrong size in the box! They were 1 size smaller!! And what is crazy is that I even asked Sasha to make sure that he put the right size at the counter, because we tried on numerous shoes with numerous sizes. Long story short, I was screwed for my event. So, I had to wear them for a few hours (until lunch time) on CARPET, NOT outside! As soon as my event was over… I contacted Christian Louboutin and they told me that I am BEAT! B/C it is over the 10 grace period, its not their policy! Are you serious??? My wife and I have spent over $15,000 with this company and to be treated like this is CRAZY! I was only looking for my RIGHT size! I was going to give their brand new shoes back in exchange for my right size! This was THEIR mistake NOT mine but they decided to rip me off and lose my business forever and my wife's of course!!

HORRIBLE experience! I have been dealing with these people for 6 days now. I called to have them fix AC in my home in Medford. They charged $119 (over charge for after hours... no problem). It takes 2 days to order the part... they charge me "extra" to install the new part ($550 part) after 6:00, again no problem... they came in last night and installed the part and today the AC still does not work! So I called them (nicely at first) and explained the situation and they said they can not help me tonight...???? I asked how can they charge me "extra" to "fix" something and it doesn't work??? I asked will they refund me the "extra" for fixing something that didn't get fixed? She answered that she couldn't help me with that. So, this is another day without A/C upstairs (we have dual zone a/c). I am not sure if it even needed the $550 part!!! Because they put it in and I still have NO AIR CONDITIONING! - The manager just called me back and said that he is NOT going to fix it. "It is what it is". They installed the new part... they are NOT coming to fix it. We got into an argument, I called him a rip off and let him know I was going to leave a review on Google. He said he didn't care if I left a review with the POPE! I am "beat". WOW! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL

LIARS! I went in and met with a shady salesman named Ira. This guy lied about everything... the price. He said they do NOT discount. He said that the furniture was EXCLUSIVE to Raymour & Flanigan. He refused to negotiate... He quoted me OVER $10,000 on a set with only 1 night stand... THANK GOD, I wasn't stupid and believed him. I left and did some research. I went to the Raymour & Flanigan in Reading, PA and they without blinking discounted the set $1,500 (without getting the manager involved). I was a little upset that Ira lied, so I called his store and asked for the manager. It turned out to be a woman named Patty. I explained to Patty what went on and she was VERY surprised, she said that was NOT protocol. She said she was very disappointed because sales reps are suppose to get a manager involved with all customers before they leave, she said especially when the furniture is that expensive. She also admitted that THEY DO discount and if it keeps getting kicked up to higher managers, there can be deep discounts. I thought Patty was very nice and almost tried to save the deal BUT... I just found out that the furniture that Ira SWORE was exclusive to Raymour & Flanigan was NOT. We found it at "Best Buy" furniture in Pennsauken NJ and I got quoted the EXACT same set with BOTH end tables for ONLY $7200! (OVER $3000 LESS). Listen, I am a Sales Ninja too. I train Sales Ninjas for a living but I loath LIARS. You do NOT need to lie in sales. So, Public BEWARE of this store AND Ira, the Liar-

They are AWESOME!!! I have two children enrolled and they both love it! I have done a lot of research and some trial and error and am so glad that we found Kissaki-Kai. What I like most about them is how they treat the kids and are patient in their development. I strongly recommend you reach out to them and check out a class. You will be impressed!

Horrible! Our assistant booked 2 cars here... We waited in line for almost 1 hour to get our cars. They weren't ready. Overall crappy experience. The service rep was just as horrible!
