Horrible and extremely frustrating... The Manager Elizabeth is rude and condescending. Don't waste your time here. This was my 4th time staying here and every single time they say they don't have the credit card authorization for and every time we have it sent over and verified. So after flying in and traveling I get into the hotel at 9:30pm tonight and yet again... It's not resolved. They say "you need to state it's a permanent cc authorization or it won't be there". No, really??? This is like me calling the cable company with a problem with the cable and all they have to say is "unplug the box and plug it back in"!!!! I'm not stupid nor confused. We have gone through this 4 seller ate times. I have had a ton of patience to this point. This place sucks!

Absolute horrible experience. We called for reservations since we were driving from 2 hours away for our daughter's birthday. They said we didn't need reservations. Not true! We were packed like cattle for over an hour waiting to get seated. People were bumping into us and almost knocked over our 2 year old. And when we finally got seated we were told that they were out of 1/2 the menu at 6pm! Really? In NYC? No steak, no meatloaf, no chicken? Everything is pre made and we couldn't customize. For example, I was going to order the curry but it was pre made with mushrooms etc... This was suppose to be a special birthday for my 15 year old daughter. We would have been better off at Red Lobster (yes, that is sarcasm). On the other side we were at the Cat Cafe (Koneko) and it was such an amazing experience! We should have just skipped this nightmare.

The best venue we have ever booked in 12 years hosting national events at every major city in he country! The hotel is beautiful, the staff executed flawlessly and had such an amazing attitude of kindness and support. It was truly a pleasure to work with such a professional team. My clients are all multi million dollar businesses. They are franchised car dealer ships from all over the country and some of them have never been to New Orleans before and were so impressed with their experience! My event manager Jessica was AMAZING! She was so helpful and so kind as was her entire team. Joe (The GM) is a great leader and very lucky to have such an amazing team representing hi and the Marriott! I highly recommend this place if you want to host a workshop or conference or if you want an awesome hotel in the heart of New Orleans!

Superb customer service! Theo was my service writer and went above and beyond for me. I am on an airplane every week and time is a major issue so without skipping a beat he set up a valet to pick up my X6M and dropped off a loaner car! Then he say before my scheduled service appointment I blew out the front tire and they had to have the car towed in. They did that and hen dropped off a loaner. I was a little upset because this was not the first blow out I have had in less than one year. It turns out that BMWs with the low profile tires with the run flats are notorious for blow outs. I spoke to the HM Jeff and expressed how I was upset that when I bought a $108,000 car I had no idea I would have these tire issues. Jeff was incredible nice and understanding and even though it wasn't his fault and it wasn't his responsibility he bought my tire for me... NOT BMW... His dealership did. I should have bought the damn tire and wheel package!! Thank you Jeff for saving me $500+ needless to say o am a customer for life. I appreciate people who appreciate me and my business.

Highly recommend! This place is beyond awesome! They are so nice and they are seriously awesome for the Cats. I think the concept is great but the way the make it all happen is pretty cool. It was me, my wife and our 4 kids. From ages 2 years old to 16 years old and everyone had so much fun. This was a unique experience that the whole family loved! We drove 2 hours from Philly to experience the Cat Cafe.

I am the owner of a video production company and I had 2 of my mobile video production crew members stay at this hotel for one night, last minute and they woke up in the morning covered in disgusting bites! These pictures are of two different people. I am so disgusted that this happened to my people. I seriously caution you before you think about booking at this hotel

HORRIBLE service and a RIP OFF. I flew to Paris with my wife on vacation and we decided to stop by the Christian Louboutin and the line was 2 hours to just walk into the store but my wife wanted to wait. OK, no problem… we spent almost 2 more hours shopping. We winded up spending over $4,000 Euros on 2 pairs of shoes, a wallet and a purse. Again, its all good. But we fly back to the US and we don't even open the boxes for a month. I am the CEO of a national company and conducted a workshop for Multi Million Dollar and Multi Billion dollar companies and I was planning to wear my new shoes for my event… I put them on, day of the event and they were the WRONG size! Sasha, my sales rep put the wrong size in the box! They were 1 size smaller!! And what is crazy is that I even asked Sasha to make sure that he put the right size at the counter, because we tried on numerous shoes with numerous sizes. Long story short, I was screwed for my event. So, I had to wear them for a few hours (until lunch time) on CARPET, NOT outside! As soon as my event was over… I contacted Christian Louboutin and they told me that I am BEAT! B/C it is over the 10 grace period, its not their policy! Are you serious??? My wife and I have spent over $15,000 with this company and to be treated like this is CRAZY! I was only looking for my RIGHT size! I was going to give their brand new shoes back in exchange for my right size! This was THEIR mistake NOT mine but they decided to rip me off and lose my business forever and my wife's of course!!
