Visited for a nice meal with friends, party of 6. Was a Sunday afternoon, place was practically empty. We passed all the empty chairs, there was a nice cozy place in the back. Food arrived in 35 minutes or so. A few more people trickled in, and then the flushes from the restroom started :-/ We were seated right next to the restrooms (?! Why, when the restaurant had plenty of room?) Was too late to move. Red wine was selected and the server shook and twisted the bottle to get that pesky cork out. One of our guests found a piece of plastic at the bottom of her glass. Food was OK. $220 later we were out the door, little bit more wiser. I typically refrain from putting in negative remarks, but felt others may benefit from the experience I had here. Hopefully it was just a fluke day for Bonnie Ruth's.

Have been to Bonnie Ruth's twice. First time, an average to good experience. Second time, worst service I have experienced at any resturant in years. Our server NEVER refilled water glasses. Checked on us ONCE during our meal. We waited over 20 minutes to even see our server to ask for a "to-go" box. When he did arrive he plopped our check on the table and ran off -- we actually wanted to have some dessert first...but gave up on that idea! I asked another server to send the manager over-- 20 minutes later NO MANAGER even stopped by. We were informed by several resturant staff members scurrying around that they were "sooo busy" and they were "understaffed" that night. Hate that excuse!! And Bonnie Ruth's won't have to worry about being "soooo busy" much longer if they keep up this service model! Too bad, because the food is quite good.

We stopped in here for some dessert after we had dinner at a sushi restaurant next door. Wow, what a selection! They had at least a dozen different items to choose from and they bring out a tray with a slice of each item so you can see it (very cool!). Two people could easily share one slice of cake but we went wild and each got our own. My husband found his chocolate cheesecake a little disappointing but my Kahlua cake was heavenly! I couldn't finish it and ended up taking the rest home with me. It still tasted good after being in the fridge for a day! So moist and dense and not overpoweringly rich or too sweet frosting. We'll have to stop by when we're in town again to try some of their other desserts and maybe even have some dinner first!

I went this past weekend with my wife to this place, I was told this place was nice, casual, romantic atmosphere, to my surprice this was the worse experience i had at a restaurant. Server took way to long to come to the table, once she did, she didn't greet us or nothig she was ready to take the order, she came back after a few minutes later to take our order and also we ask her if we could move to the patio, (there were a lot of teenagers running around, seems like they just came playing a ball game), few minutes after we got the drinks i notice something moving by the bushes wasn't sure what it was but then i saw RATS by the fireplace running around, i got up and ask for the manager (Liz) to let know the RATS, and she wasn't surpriced, she told me she was aware of that and that they working, she said they have called pests control and put traps around, and if i wanted to see the traps!!! Really?? She also mention there is construction going on on the back and that's causing the RATS to come. She seem upset that she had get up to come to talk to me because she was dinking outside, she obviously didn't care about the customers or the problem. We got and left the place. If you read on previos reviews from other people they have had the same problem and also take a look how long ago it has been! This people don't care, the RAT problem it's been for a long time and they are not doing anythig. If you like to go seat and eat where RATS run around seaching for food all night you can keep going to this place, but I'm doing my part to let people know my bad experience it's not only disgusting but unhealthy.

We had our company holiday lunch here. Great service--- the restaurant manager came to every table to talk with folks individually! I had Chicken Paillard and it was delicious but overpriced.

Arul Selvan – We thank you for having your holiday party with us and hope you enjoyed the luncheon.
