This is my first real Cut. I've been cutting for 4 months now. Abs are finally showing (2 top ones). I'm Vacationing in Dec. I was planning on doing a mini bulk 1.5 months then cut 1.5 months, but instead I'll keep cutting until Dec. Then bulk when I came back. Any suggestions? Or am I on the right track?

I spent years working out with many times of routine. Nothing paid off until I saw IFBB Ben Pakulski videos MI40 & Hypertrophy MAX. Everybody should be schooled in biomechanics and kinesiology by @IfbbBenPak before even embarking on a bodybuilding program!
I like leaning out but the lack of strength, pump, & depleted muscles are playing on my mind. Energy is completely gone and I struggle to get motivated. I have not gone up on weight for over 3 months now.
I just applied Ben Pakulski time under tension and 1-1/2 rep theory to my back hypertrophy day. WOW! for the very first time in years my entire back is sore. From traps to lower lats. I use to do 225lbs on bent over rows and now I was only able to do 115lb. Also another key point to mention is that warm is not just going through the motion but more on how to engage the muscle being worked on. Try it on your next workout and I'm sure you will have a similar experience.
