MD Laser Skin Care is the best! I have been going there for years now and will not go anywhere else. Their staff is knowledgeable and consistent. Their office manager Christen Alvarez is one of the nicest, most competent and knowledgeable individual that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Rose is also one the best technicians there along with Laura and Jennifer. I love this place and I love their staff even more. I am so pleased that they opened up their own space next door to Dr. Bajwa's office. I trust them to do any service that they offer, because I know it will be done correctly with care and attention. Thank you so much MD Laser and Dr. Bajwa for taking such great care of me, and having such a caring and professional staff. I am a very happy customer!

I never got a consultation with the doctor nor have seen her prior to the procedure even though the website stated she will initiate/evaluate the procedure. However, the results came out pretty good, my skin looks brighter and better.

Overall, for the first day, I would have to say I had a good experience. The entire establishment is professional looking and clean and the esthetician I met seemed knowledgeable. I actually found out about this place when I decided to purchase a Groupon for $99 that allowed me to get 6 laser hair removal treatments on a small area. I called ahead just to be sure if there were any preliminary requirements. I was told to shave the night before and to come in at least 15 minutes early before my appointment to fill out necessary paperwork since it was my first time visiting. I did some research for myself (since I was kind of nervous because this was my first time ever to undergo laser hair removal) and found out that you shouldn't have more than 4 weeks of sun/UV exposure to the area being treated prior to the appointment. When filling out the paperwork, this location asks if you've received sun exposure in the last 10 days (at least that's what I remember). I guess every clinic is different, but just a heads up, stay out of the sun and tanning booths if you're considering laser treatment. Rose was the esthetician that sat down with me to go over necessary paper work (consent form and the post op procedure). I did not meet the doctor who is in charge of the establishment. I think on their website it said I was supposed to have a consultation with her. I imagine they probably didn't do a formal consultation for me because I was a Groupon customer or perhaps because there wasn't anything on my paperwork suggesting I would be a complicated patient (e.g. previous skin problems, taking antibiotics, etc.). I'm glad Rose told me that the sensation of the laser would feel like a rubber band being snapped against my skin. Talking during the procedure actually helped me take my mind off of it and makes the procedure seem to go by faster. Looking forward to my future treatments!
