This place has the BEST coffee and homemade pastries in Tucson bar none. They bake all of the baked goods on site: nothing frozen or shipped. The scones are the best and sell like crazy, so in the morning always fresh and warm right out of the oven. The most tasty coffee, period! They roast it themselves, off sight. I know all of this BC I dont go anywhere else. I am addicted to their coffee and baked goods. That is why there is always a line out the door in the mornings. Even when they had to renovate and half the cafe was being worked on people still lined up for their goods. Any local knows where the good stuff is at and it is here.

Great staff, drinks (house-made chai is amazingly spicy), treats, and atmosphere. Local place that truly embodies Tucson. Great patio, sometimes with awesome live acoustic music on holidays. Favorite place.

I am a bit of a coffee shop junkie and find myself frequenting many of the local coffee shops in town. This is certainly one of my favorites. They have absolutely the best baked goods in town that are baked right in the back of the store, and not just the standard loafs and muffins but a great variety like chocolate pecan scones and the best cheesecake that I have ever had. The décor is absolutely lovely. The store feels like a little cottage with awesome wood flooring and decent wood tables and chairs. It is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee, a scone, and read a good book. There aren't many outlets in the store. Only about one time with an outlet and a few rather uncomfortable stools that have outlets underneath but really nothing else so make sure you come with a full charge. Free wifi is available after 11 am with a password. They have a patio area outside with a few orange trees that provide ample shade. The coffee is really great here. They used to roast on site until a fire forced them to roast off site. They have some of the best regular brewed coffee in Tucson. I have had several of there specialty drinks as well. The mochas are good but could stand to be sweeter. There ruby rush tea in the summer is super delicious and extremely refreshing. In the winter they have a caramel spiced cider that is absolutely to die for. I must have spent $200 on spiced cider alone this past winter, with no regrets. They accept most major credit cards with is convenient. They have punch cards where after your 10th drink, you get a free beverage. The prices are really good here. There coffee prices are some of the best in town. Pastry prices are a little high with a scone going for about 3.50 but they are big enough to split and are very high quality. The operating hours are less than ideal for a night owl like myself. They open at 7 most days and are open until 9:30 most days but open until 10:30 on Friday and Saturday but close at 7 on Sundays. Remember that wifi doesn't come on until 11am. It can also be incredibly difficult to find a chair as this is a very busy coffee shop. The employees are generally pleasant but not entirely personable. I used to come here before my night shifts at UMC for several months in a row but I don't think anyone bothered to learn my name. The morning shift certainly seems much friendlier and engaging. All in all one of the best coffee shops in town that I do not mind giving my money to.

I love the late operating hours. Loved the comfy bench with tables to pull up. My caramel latte was not great. Prices on coffee seemed to be good but their pastry options were a little high. Did not check out the patio but I've heard it's nice and dog friendly so I'll give it another shot and perhaps update my review!

I love this place! Their coffee is delicious and the staff are friendly. I had the chile relleno scone and it's a meal in itself! The other scones are delicious too! Still need to try all of them!

This original, eclectic coffee house is a nice change from the homogenized national branded environments. Friendly, knowledgable staff and great coffee.

The absolute best choice for coffee in the area. I know, I've tried them all! I drove 25 minutes out of my way to go back here! Love the ambience too
