Posh quarters with balconies or terraces, plus a golf course, an indoor pool and a chic restaurant.- Google
"Clean good location quiet."
"Food itself isn't that bad, but the restaurant service is just awful."

Great staff, golf course and a good stay. Odds and ends like coffees and beer expensive in comparison to the township of torquay.

Decided to come and stay at pepper sand resort torquay for my mums birthday so there was a group of 5 of us we ate in the restaurant for tea the main was delicious however the dessert not so much I ordered the poached pear with vanilla ice cream pears where cold and hard the vanilla ice cream was chocolate had I known that I wouldn't have ordered it as I don't eat chocolate ice cream my mums husband used the toilets located just outside the restaurant wow is all I can say there was broken glass toilet and paper towel strewn everywhere and wine glasses on the urinal he complained to the staff however no one seemed to care the women's toilet were no better had to try 4 different cubicles before I found 1 with toilet paper the floors where filthy I washed my hands only to find there was no paper towel or hand dryer to dry my hands. The next morning we went back to the restaurant for a buffet breakfast what a joke they didn't have enough tables bug enough to accommodate more then 4 guests so we had to sit at separate tables I asked where I would get orange juice there response we ran out I spoke with guests that arrived to breakfast ad soon as it opened and there was never any juice the only juice they had was pineapple which I don't drink food was average hardly any variety only eggs available were scrambled and they were not nice at all glad they had a fruit platter because that was the freshest and tastiest thing out of the whole buffet .My advice don't eat in the restaurant plenty of beautiful cafes and restaurants in town. Our room was nice backing onto the golf course but the banging noise coming from above our room kept us awake most of the night not to mention we had to go to reception numerous times as our room key card wouldn't work very inconvenient having to go to the reception every time to have the card redone. Will not be back to this resort !

Stayed one night last month. Great location. Staff excellent. We had a room with a view which was comfortable and clean. Dinner was better than we expected from the reviews and thought it was very good by hotel standards. Breakfast par for the course. Paid for espresso coffee was available thankfully.
