Google has announced that Posts is now live for all GMB users. Do you guys think this is a replacement for Google Plus? If not, will Google Plus posts also be surfaced in the SERPs in a similar way?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know the most up to date best practice on managing multiple locations for one business on Google My Business?

We just opened our second office, so the brand is Impression and we have two offices, one in Nottingham and one in London. I currently have two location pages, but I can't see how Google can understand they're for the same business. Do I also need a brand page to which the location pages are linked?

Any help much appreciated!

Laura

Hi everyone,

I've got a client for whom Google Alerts keep coming through for their brand name but when they click on the links, they're redirected to gambling pages.

It seems to be the same thing as the referral spam in Analytics. Has anyone else experienced it? What are your thoughts on the impact of it on my client's website and what should/can we do about it?

Thanks

Laura
