This place is a theme park of food. It's most definitely my favorite all-time restaurant. Paul Qui (the most amazing chef) and the entire staff clearly love food and every bite is a ride (not joking). The happy hour is great ($3 sakes and cheap brussel sprouts that make you giddy!), and the service is impeccable. I love uchiko more than a person should love a non-sentient thing.
