Photographer Brian Moss was determined to do something to help homeless animals, but didn't "have the emotional strength to volunteer at places like New York’s “Animal Care and Control” centers.". ...

Went yesterday with a friend for breakfast, the waitress Sussane was TERRIBLE, she was rude, barely checked on us and never refilled our drinks... I had to YELL across the room to get more creamer and she goes "oh it's right there" I replied "yea there's stuff in it" and she returned 25 minutes later with a new creamer. She used dirty rags to wipe off tables, and ignored the crumbs.. RUN FROM THIS DENNY'S, who knows if they even bother washing the dishes. Disgusting, and no customer service... I sure as hell will never return here, I'm surprised she even has a job still... My sandwich had 1 tiny piece of turkey on it, hardly worth the $9.00. RUN FAR FAR AWAY............... I have photo's of the dirty silverware, table, stuff floating in the creamer and bugs in the salt.

Went in today, no greeter no employee's ANYWHERE 2 at registers and 1 at customer service. I grabbed a few baby items and the sign said an extra 25% off ontop of the Clarence prices.. Great deal, 20 minutes of standing inline about to pass out, the cashier tells me she isn't sure if she can approve the discount and calls for a manager... NOBODY comes 15 minutes later she goes "look you're already getting a deal, you don't need the 25% off.." after repeatedly sighing like I was the biggest pain in the ass. Excuse me lady, I work in CS too and have my fair share of rude customers but guess what? I SMILE and help them and don't treat them rude.. I told her to clear my purchase and I'll try another cashier, she does it and I go to CS in the back and the gal was just as rude but honored the discount. IF YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB and treat customers right GET the heck out of retail!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, best in the area hands down! Very clean, and the staff/owners are absolutely the best in customer service, the lady who is always at the front to take orders is so sweet. She definitely knows how to keep customers happy! Food is also amazingly delish!

I went in last week, had my nails done by Kim.. She did a good job BUT.... She sanded my nails down like they do with acrylics for Shellac... NEVER had that done before, and my manicure is already chipping slightly and some is loosening off the nail. She didn't talk to me other then to confirm what I wanted done and to see if I liked them, which fine whatever... They also charge $1 for debit, and don't tell you french is extra. (Shellac was on special for $27, but I was charged $31) I probably wouldn't return here for a shellac manicure.

I've gone in quite a few times and always score a great deal. The other day I had gotten about 10 pieces all for under .99 a piece, and half were 50 cents and they look BRAND new . I got a brand new bouncer, in box with reg. card even for $19.99 the gal who is always working is super sweet. I've gone to other kids thrift shops and their prices are so much more, so while they may give more for trading your essentially paying more for their items as they are in the business to make money. I'll go to Mimi's before another shop as so far they've got the best prices and a great selection every time!

RUN don't walk away form this place! I love Everett Luxury aside that they don't ever remember me, the work is good and quality. However here, that is NOT the case! Went in last week to try and get a mani with my friend for her birthday, they had us sit down we waited 20 minutes and started looking at the towles and paper they had down at the station and bth were DIRTY, so was the arm rest!! GROSS, I would have been horrified by the tools... They also don't have good customer service at all they only talked to us to find out what we wanted done, and said thank you when we left. We left before we even got our mani's!! VERY rude, and un clean!!!
