Google seems to be incorporating Google Images & Google News results towards counting 10 results on the first page (i.e. a first page can now consist of 8 "normal" results, coupled with 1 line of images and 1 Google News box, or any combination of the three). Bad news if you want to be on the first page, good news for those involved in reputation management practices.

Google confirms what I I wrote and worried about on http://www.mediamaze.nl/right-to-be-forgotten-implementation-some-observations; it is censoring results for searches for names+qualifiers, such as "John Doe Bankrupt". Right to be forgotten becomes right to be whitewashed.

More on the implementation of the "Right to be Forgotten" ruling, Google seems to be taking a drastic approach.

Definitively warnings for people (friends of mine) that have filed no requests at all.

Google is also showing "Right to be forgotten" notices for more than queries with just peoples' names. Also showing warnings for "fia+boss+max" (not a full name) or "max mosley fia" (more than a full name).

If Google really will remove content for "qualified searches", such as a person's name combined with a qualifier such as "scam" or "convicted", this would mean a very drastic implementation of the court ruling.
